Villa holiday rentals in San Diego Bay

I booked Jacqueline’s house for my colleges during a meeting. As far as we can tell, Jacqueline is such nice, generous, patient hosted, the house is so warm, clean and comfortable. They had wonderful time during staying! Strongly recommend!

Bob's bungalow was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and felt like home. Communication with Bob was very easy. Would recommend this place.

This home is a true Gem. It’s private, Quiet & It has beautiful ocean views! Loved falling asleep & waking up to the sound of the ocean & waves below the home. The master bath is dreamy! I loved every part of the home!😍 I can’t be thankful enough. Linda is an AMAZING host! Honestly, it’s By far my best experience in an Airbnb. We had an AMAZING/RELAXING time. I have never felt more at home, at someone else’s home. Linda was so attentive & accommodated to all our needs! My kids loved the space, there is plenty of room for them to walk around, play & enjoyed sitting around watching Netflix comfortably just like at home. The beach is also just feet away. The house is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need. Everything functioned perfectly. There’s not a single negative thought, other than, I wished we can stay longer.. This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

This home was perfect for our vacation! very kid/family friendly- he has cribs, baby gates, utensils and plates for kids, lots of books. View was amazing, and is about 15 from everything!

This home was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect, and the view was truly breathtaking. We spent hours relaxing on the swing, people-watching and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Paddleboarding right in front of the house was a highlight, and the nightly fireworks from SeaWorld added a magical touch to our evenings. The space was just right comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to cozy touches, the home had it all. This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

It was perfect for our big family. Plenty of room inside and outside. The kitchen worked great for all the Christmas cooking we did. The deck area was spacious and had a lot of games to entertain the kids.

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

The house was perfect to have family over to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UCSD. The house is beautiful and very well equipped to accommodate a large group. Thank you!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, and we felt that we were only 10-20 minutes away from everything we wanted. Everything was very clean, and my family had a great time. Even though the listing mentions no essentials, the host was able to provide us with more towels when we asked. We would stay here again!

Great space very clean only tv’s in living room and backyard good area close to freeway in the middle of everything front door needs a little push to get in could not figure out how to get master bedroom shower to work

This place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party. I have truly not had a more perfect Airbnb stay than this one! The house felt so private and secluded so we felt very safe in the gated property. The management team was the best I’ve ever seen (and I love luxurious spots and I work in hospitality.) it was truly 5/5 stars. They were immediately responsive, they fixed any issues immediately and they were very generous with their time and amenities. This is the perfect house. Only note I would have is maybe there should be more towels available for guests - we were a little limited on towels. Thank you!!!!!

The house is really clean and luxurious. There is a delicious home restaurant about 5 minutes away. We got lost and Suzzette responded and helped us find the house right away. The only downside is the road is very bumpy.

Sally had a amazing place. I would recommend staying at this location. The views were amazing. Sally was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. This was a beautiful place. Close to most things you would want to do around San Diego area.

This location captures the local estate vibe of the neighborhood. It's an older house tucked away and it's a very quaint and quiet location.
