Beautiful Florida home, felt so comfortable in the home and neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, which is always a plus. Extremely clean and all the amenities were provided. The pool area was my very favorite. Nice splash mats to float on in the pool. Even had a basket full of beach towels. Definitely the best Florida home I have ever experienced. Will definitely be going back next time I visit Bonita Springs. Contacted Patrick that I was in the area to see if I could get in early. He said it was ready, so I was able to get in a few hours early. Had a wonderful time😎

We had a wonderful stay at Brigette’s home. It was in a great location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. There was a great view when sitting by the pool with lovely landscaping and a lake. The outdoor grill came in handy for dinners in. The house was spacious and felt like home. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful location and peaceful neighborhood! Our fishing charter picked us up right from the dock as well. Other than getting live bait to fish with, and the occasional trip for groceries, we stayed in, relaxed, and enjoyed just being away. This location is definitely on our short list for next year's trip.

Bright and comfortable modern home. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened in patio and heated pool are great hang out spots. Very easy vacations with young kids as high chair, pack and play and pool toys were provided.

David’s place was a little out of the way to get to everything. But it worked for us as his place gave us everything we needed for our stay. The house next door was a little sketch but we had no issues with any of the neighbors! It’s a very nice home. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Very dog friendly! He even has a board for the dog to climb out of the pool. Nice fenced in back yard with a doggie door that my dog enjoyed using! ❤️

I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed staying at the McGregor Life cottage. Anthony was very helpful and made me feel right at home. I am solo female traveler and felt very safe. The neighborhood is walkable and I enjoyed viewing many sunsets over the river. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. A highlight for me was the filtered water system built into the kitchen sink. Didn't have to buy bottled water... great bonus. Nice off the street parking and a relaxing place to sit outside the cottage to enjoy the birds and mature trees. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights in July. Greg was very responsive prior to and during my stay. The unit was as described. It was very clean and stocked well with amenities. I ate at several of the restaurants recommended. Had good meals at each of them. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. I booked this home to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was amazing. Private house with an enclosed pool. My wife did not want to get out of the pool. The house was immaculate and everything was handy and accessible. Will definitely look into staying here again if and when we travel to Cape Coral again.

Great place to stay. Amenities were super especially the pool. It was great to have access to beach accessories. House is spacious and lanai is huge. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and the airport. Lana was quick to respond to all of our questions. Would recommend staying here and will again as we visit the area. The stay was amazing. The place was beautiful with plenty to do inside and out. Beaches and restaurants all within a 10-15 minute drive of the home and the beautiful island of Sanibel couldn’t be any closer either. I’m excited to have a chance to come back.

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
