IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

A mill in the woods - cozy apartment in nature

Molinello is an ancient windmill surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love silence. It was entirely renovated to make it welcoming and functional, but preserving the original features that make it a special place. Next to the building flows the river that once operated the mills, which creates small waterfalls and tanks of clear and fresh water. It is less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on dirt road).

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. 1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is located inside the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs. Rooms and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee included), kettle and necessary dishes.
