Very nice place, the house is impeccable, the owner is friendly and responded promptly. A wonderful view, especially from the master bedroom. Good heating, in the living room it is wood, which is provided by the owner. The TV is small, but it works. Good outdoor space for children to play. Nice pool. Merchant nearby. The only detail that I could warn you about is that the internal road of the condominium is not so easy to travel. Anyway, a 4x4 is not necessary and you get used to it with time. The condominium does not have a doorman, so if you have a visitor you have to go to the entrance to open it or ask the owner to do it remotely. (I know I asked for it and he always responded on time) I'd go back anyway.

A family home, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days, close to everything, with indoor parking for 3 cars. The house has a wonderful fireplace that we use every day, the house is super cozy. In addition, two stoves to heat the bedroom area. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is good. In general, it meets all expectations and more. Garden and terraces, with a good grill, tables, chairs and sunshade. Silvia is always attentive to anything we need. We'll be back again!!

We visited this beautiful cabin with incredible sea views with my partner. Very quiet, safe sector that has all the privacy we wanted. A very pleasant walk to the nearest beach. We arrived at night and they made sure to have the Bosca on, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Following the directions, it is easy to access and upon entering the condominium there is an entrance control booth. I recommend being careful when driving, especially when taking the detour to Quintay as it is a road with many curves, climbs and descents until you reach the cabin. Also keep in mind that the telephone signal is unstable, but for us it was not a problem and we were always informed of that. Just thank the host for both the cozy cabin and the care of the natural environment.

Nice, spacious apartment and large terrace, all with a spectacular view and very good location within the San Alfonso del Mar condominium. Ruben was a great host, before and during the stay he immediately answered any questions. The only thing that would improve would be the quality of the internet/Wi-Fi and its stability for streaming, but I would understand that it is an issue in the area. I would definitely come back! The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need to develop different activities; toiletries, well-equipped kitchen, bedrooms with extra bedding. The staff of the building and the complex in general are very friendly and well treated. Gonzalo is attentive to any inquiries you may have and is decisive. We had a very good experience :)

It was one of the best experiences I had on Airbnb. The Apartamento do Sebastian is divine, well located, with an incredible view, with perfect size for a family with 2 children or two couples, equipped kitchen, balcony with barbecue, warmer for colder days, a sunset to be envious. The only regret is that it didn't stay a few more days there. The region has excellent restaurants, including within the condominium. communication with Sebastian was very fluid and fast, always very proactive, even suggested that we were in his Kayak. Worth every minute and the stay was wonderful. There is a supermarket in the front that you can walk to buy groceries and be experiencing the largest swimming pool in the world was high magic for us and for children.

It was an excellent stay , we were in a very comfortable family. Dagoberto as host a 7 , totally recommended, always answered if you had any questions . Everything is as pictured and description. It has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. It is ideal for going with children, it has everything, bathtub, monitor, crib, eating chair, toys and children's table. This makes the stay even better. It has plenty of heaters if you go in cold weather. I would only add a toaster and kitchen towels.

The apartment is as shown in the photographs, the condominium is very nice and very quiet, ideal for a restful rest. Note that the living room does not have curtains, as it appears in the photographs. For me it was no problem, but if any guests are very jealous of their privacy they might be interested in this information.
