Incredible weather in depto from February 27th to March 6th. We arrived and everything was very clean and with a disinfectant smell. Close to a super with everything to spend great vacations. Carolina is attentive to everything and always looking to facilitate our stay. There is nothing left but gratitude and waiting to return for the next vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The decor is carefully chosen, combining comfort and style, and unique architectural details are appreciated that enhance the experience. The house is fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to services and at the same time private enough to rest. It's also ideal for those of us who travel with pets, as it offers safe and pleasant spaces for them. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house It is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (not bathing) and security. The three pieces are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are spotless, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

The listing photos don't do justice to how beautiful the place is! The house is located in a beautiful and quiet environment, just above the sea, where you can relax listening to the sound of the waves or just looking around. It is super comfortable, cozy and well decorated, with everything you need to feel at home and the jacuzzi gives the stay a perfect touch. Definitely recommended to go as a couple or family, in addition Jaime is a very good host, always attentive to what you need.

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to answer any questions. She welcomed us to the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well scented, Gloria's care and dedication is very noticeable. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the basement so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children. The private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after swimming. Older children can enjoy the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is highly recommended and fulfills everything offered in the listing. We hope to be back sometime. We really appreciate Gloria for all her attention.

Everything is as pictured and description. It has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. It is ideal for going with children, it has everything, bathtub, monitor, crib, eating chair, toys and children's table. This makes the stay even better. It has plenty of heaters if you go in cold weather. I would only add a toaster and kitchen towels.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.
