Hermoso apartamento, limpio, nuevo, cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas. La locación es perfecta con la playa y restaurantes a dos minutos caminando. Vanessa es muy amigable y es una excelente host. Auto check in y check out fáciles sin necesidad de coordinar con un tercero. De nuestros lugares favoritos de ahora en adelante en Las Terrenas. Esperamos regresar nuevamente muy pronto!

El lugar es muy bonito, la vista es excelente y la piscina es un verdadero plan. Mi familia la paso realmente bien.

We had an amazing time in Samaná—this place is true paradise! The apartment was beautiful, and we honestly wished we lived there. The host was so kind, spoke both English and Spanish, and was very accommodating. The service throughout the whole community was incredible. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone! —————————————————————- Tuvimos un tiempo increíble en Samaná—¡este lugar es un verdadero paraíso! El apartamento era precioso, y sinceramente, deseábamos vivir allí. El anfitrión fue muy amable, hablaba inglés y español, y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Fui con mi esposo y nos encantó el alojamiento. Justo como en las fotos, todo limpio, organizado, cómodo, en general todo super bien. Buena ubicación, ya que está cerquita de todo y a la vez puedes descansar tranquilamente ya que el complejo es tranquilo. Muy amables, disponibles cada vez que se les contactó, accesibles para cualquier petición que tengas. Sin duda volvería ☺️

This is an amazing oasis in the middle of Las Terrenas. The space is extremely clean, the most clean airbnb I’ve ever stayed ever! The space is very chic and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the views are incredible with balconies that surround the apartment from every room. If you want a beautiful space in a quiet area this is the one.

Vista hermosa, espectacular e inigualable! Como Dominicana que soy, puedo decir que es de lo más bello que puedes ver en RD. Nos encanta Vista Mare! El apartamento de Yris tiene una se las mejores vistas :) es un anfitrión muy amable y activo, está pendiente a tu estadía y comodidad. Sin duda un lugar excelente para pasarlo en familia. Muchas toallas y sábanas, lavadora!… Hay que tomar en cuenta que no tiene mucho espacio para poner tu ropa o cosas, tiene 1 solo baño, utensilios en la cocina muy limitados o pocos. Cuenta con un restaurante (calidad media) y piscina con vistas hermosísimas. Hemos comido muchos mangos gratis, ya que caen del árbol cuando es temporada:) La playa es simplemente maravillosa, es totalmente privada y aguas limpias! Sillas y mucha sombra para pasarla bien en familia. Puedes visitar: playa las galeras, playa rincón/ caño frío, la playita/Javo Beach (mi favorita). Excursiones recomendadas: Cayo Levantado, Los Haitises. Sin duda volveremos!! Gracias

La Casita é realmente linda e tem um jardim que não dá vontade de sair de lá. Fomos muito bem recebidos por mãe e seu filho Cris que sempre estavam preocupados com nosso bem estar. A cozinha é super completa e foi fornecido água para beber durante toda estadia, café e alguns temperos. Além das árvores de frutas que completaram nossas refeições. Local extremamente seguro, super tranquilo e próximo das principais praias e comércio local. 10/10!!!!

My stay at Joseph’s luxury villa in Las Terrenas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, elegant space perched above one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever seen — Playa Bonita, named one of the world’s most beautiful beaches by National Geographic and now I know why! I was visiting with my brother, and we both appreciated how effortlessly the villa accommodated us. With room for up to six adults, it never felt crowded. The wide terrace and infinity pool quickly became our favorite spots, especially at sunset. Every detail has been considered — from the modern kitchen and cozy living room downstairs to the beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms and a shared terrace. Gesnar, the host, was gracious and incredibly responsive. Everything felt intentional — from the peaceful surroundings to the luxurious comfort inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

We’ve traveled a lot over the years, and this is without a doubt the most beautiful and best-located home we’ve ever rented. The open-concept villa, surrounded by nature, is tastefully and elegantly decorated — minimalist, serene, and full of charm. The breathtaking view over Playa La Playita and the Bay of Rincón is simply unforgettable. With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. We recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man findet alles in der Küche was man zum kochen benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Auch der Manager Jannis vor Ort, hilft bei allem. Großes Danke für seinen Einsatz heute Morgen als unser Auto nicht angesprungen ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Nuestra estadía en Casa Victoria fue una maravilla. Esta muy bien equipada, es hermosa y acogedora. La host fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos. Un especial saludo a Doña Maritza, cocina espectacular y Chiquito por su ayuda. Sin duda lo recomiendo y nos encantaría volver pronto!

El alojamiento de Frederique fue perfecto: casita al fondo de su hermosa casa y jardín, a la vuelta de “La Playita” (arena blanca, poco sargazo y reposeras de pago) y a 12 min del centro. Cocina completa (con algunas cositas para cocinar de cortesía ), ventilador de techo de varias velocidades, mallas, mosquitero e inciensos repelentes que nos mantuvieron libres de insectos. Desayuno abundante con fruta, baguette, cosas para el pan y té (¡incluso pudimos llevarnos lo que nos sobró!). Frederique nos contactó con su amiga de la agencia de tours para organizar nuestra excursión a Los Haitises y Cayo Levantado (con los binoculares de Frederique incluidos) y, además, nos presentó a Caquito(excelente persona), quien nos llevó en moto a Playa Rincón y nos recogió al ir y volver de Samaná. Frederique tiene cinco perritos adorables y juguetones que nos acompañaron a todas partes Siempre estaremos agradecidos por la amabilidad, calidez y hospitalidad de Frederique, te llevamos en nuestro ❤️

Ya me había quedado en este residencial pero no en este apto y fue un cambio extraordinario. Rosio está siempre atenta y el apto tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las terrenas. Coincide totalmente con la descripción y todas las comodidades. Recomendado al 100% , esperamos volver pronto!

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

We loved our stay in Las Terrenas so much that we were sad we booked only one night! The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and modern! we enjoyed the swimming pool outside and privacy of the place. We had a movie night since there is a huge sofa and TV in living room. There is a little bit of walk to the center, but still we enjoyed it so much!

Es un lugar que vale la pena por su precio y la ubicación, tiene una vista sin desperdicio al cayo vigia y al puente. El Apartamento es muy cómodo y agradable.

Great location right in front of the beach and next to many, many great restaurants. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Las Terrenas. Carmen was responsive and the instructions to find and get into the place were easy to follow.

Increíble lugar, mejor que en las fotos, la dueña cuida cada detalle, no falta nada en el apto para que te sientas como en casa. Bielka responde rápido, siempre está dispuesta. La ubicación es perfecta, con todo cerca caminando, nos olvidamos del vehículo durante nuestra estancia. Muy segura que regresaré siempre con mi familia.

Sylvie es una anfitriona muy pendiente y preocupada por sus huéspedes; fue muy agradable conocerle y estamos muy agradecidos por su trato amable y descomplicado. El alojamiento es muy agradable, funcional y el acceso/vista a la playa es su mayor activo.

We had a great stay at Christian's place! There's a pool right behind the apartment, with a shallower area for kids. The beach club/restaurant with another pool is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the beach. We never had trouble finding a beach chair available. Overall, a good location and apartment for families.
