Apartment holiday rentals in Samaná Province

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about Alejandro. He was the most helpful, responsive and likable host. His place was just like the photos- just beautiful. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and each room has its own bathroom- a huge plus. The kitchen has more amenities than my own! The only issue was the hot tub heater wasn’t working but Alejandro did everything he could to fix it including drive all the way from Santo Domingo to install a new one! And he still gave us a partial refund- that shows integrity and good business acumen. The grounds are immaculate and we loved the location because it was just a little outside the busy town (which is super noisy). We much preferred to have an ATV (highly recommend) and scoot into town or a neighboring beach when we wanted (definitely visit playa Bonita). We saw much of Las Terrenas via ATV so we had first hand knowledge of what a treasure Alejandro’s place is!

Francis’s place was just what we were looking for when thinking about a relaxing beach getaway from the busy city of Santo Domingo. Very clean , cozy and right next to the beach within walking distance. Everything in the apartment worked and in case of any questions the hosts were always reachable. Thank you!

We loved our weekend stay and wished only that we had booked for a longer period. The apartment was charming, spacious for 2, comfortable. The kitchen, shower and bed were all excellent. I hope to come back sometime soon.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Samana in Dominican Republic was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail. The home was clean , comfortable, and exactly as describe. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the terrace every morning was great. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and checking in to ensure our stay was smooth. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic calming, relaxing Dominican Republic experience!

This was an ideal location for our first visit to the area. It was walking distance to everything. Great rooftop pool for a dip after the ocean swim, which was just across the road. Denny is an awesome host, very responsive. We would certainly return!

Lovely spot in the middle of town. Everything you need is nearby and Oliver is quick to respond with any questions you may have. Perfect tucked away little place! We felt safe and secure.

Our stay at Fabien’s beachfront apartment in Las Terrenas was exceptional. The property is impeccably furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Fabien was a gracious and attentive host, ensuring our experience was seamless. The location offers easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

great spot, fantastic location and great communication. only advice to my fellow BnBer if you are staying in the top room bring eye mask for the mornings, the sun seems to rise in the room 😂

Everything was super good. The host was very kind and always attentive. The location is very nice and everything was very clean. The only thing is that there are quite a few mosquitoes because there are many plants around, so bring your repellent. Other than that, everything is great.

We had a great time in Las Terrenas and loved Saskia's place. it was clean and well cared for. it had a great view of the ocean and sunset. Saskia and her team were very proactive in communicating with us. We would absolutely stay here again.

Maximo’s apartment at Balcones del Atlántico was stunning — modern, spotless, and felt just like home. It’s a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, with great pools and a private Jacuzzi that we loved. Maximo was professional, helpful, and very responsive. The apartment included helper and cook which made our stay even more relaxing, especially as we celebrated my dad’s birthday. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

It was a really nice place the apartment is was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay definitely I will recommend if you want to visit the area you we be close by to all the good restaurants from the area the beach will just going out of the complex!

Place is in very good condition, clean and spacious. We were able to find enough kitchen supplies, and even beach towels for our days at the beach. The apartment is a very short walk to the restaurant of the community where there is a nice pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a couple of steps from the restaurant. Apartment community felt safe to walk at all times.

Playa Bonita remains unsoiled with a nice array of restaurants and amenities. We went for a family wedding; family members rented in the same complex. A gorgeous place. All the units were very nice but ours was the nicest :-). The owners have only upgraded high end furniture and fixtures. Views of the subset, amazing. The rare beautiful beach, not over built but with great food and amenities, heaven on earth. Other - while walkable amenities were great. Apps like Komida made shopping and food delivery fast and easy. The owner was very responsive with on the ground support. Little dark to walk at night- the phone light a great help. Everything very safe with security monitoring the ground discreetly and posted at entrances. We didn’t rent a car, opting to walk everywhere and get the occasional delivery. The unit has two kitchens! We missed that in the description. With a fridge and two bathrooms upstairs!

What a beautiful home! We loved our week right on Playa Bonita, and would not hesitate to return on future trips. The penthouse was comfortable and set in the ideal location. There are amazing food options steps away on the beach, and this area is quiet but also has convenient access to the bustle of the center of Las Terrenas. Thank you for an incredible family vacation! A tip, download the Komida app! Lots of local restaurants and even grocers deliver food directly to the house. We ordered several times and the drivers always found the correct condo number.

Everything was great I would recommend to my friends 100% and if I go back to the grounds it will be with them again

Our stay was amazing, the only thing i was upset about was not spending more time at this place. The airbnb looks even better in person, spotless, clean, everything looks brand new and aesthetically pleasing. The airbnb was in a nice community with a crystal clear beach right in front and street filled with alot of restaurants. Will definitely be saving this airbnb to visit in the future. Thank you to the host you can tell they know how to host well! Look forward to staying here again!!

We were delighted with this house. From the host's treatment to the apartment and residential amenities. Everything was functional, clean and tidy. The location is good, across the street you find the beach, it has restaurants nearby and above all the tranquility and security of the residential. Also, Camille's attention was always on point, ready to meet any need. I would definitely go back to this place.
