Holiday rentals with beach access in Samaná Province

The place is very nice, the view is excellent and the pool is a real plan. My family had a really good time.

My family and I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent place, just as described. I think that in the future when I return to Las Terrenas it will be my first choice. The beach was just a few minutes walk away, it wasn't that pretty, it was just very peaceful since it isn't commercially exploited like other beaches. However, there are other options, like Playa Galera, which is a bit close but a very nice experience, since it's my first time in the Dominican Republic. I will return soon.

My family and I were fascinated by the place, especially my 5 year old boy with the training area they have on the patio . We loved everything very beautiful and fascinating .

Our host Desirée was very helpful and responsive. She always replied swiftly. We had some last minute requests, such as postponing the checkout and scheduling a taxi, and she helped us immediately without any problems. She also gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. Highly appreciated. The apartment is located close to the beach (5min. walk), restaurants (7-10min.), and mini supermarkets (10min.) which we found very convenient.

A must stay!! Do not over think it. You will enjoy this place. The place is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Lots to do but felt very private and secure throughout our stay. Judy is the best! Don’t miss out on booking this place.

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

With private beach access, a large private pool, and a spacious, tree-filled property, everything invites peace and relaxation. The house was spotless, thanks to a kind and professional cleaning team, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A heartfelt thank you to Yocasty, for her warm welcome and respectful, smooth communication. She personally greeted us and showed us around the house, and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and handmade bread from the women of the village — a touching gesture The location is also ideal: close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of activities. Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

I had already stayed in this residential complex, but not in this apartment, and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the land. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we hope to return soon!

It is a place that is worth its price and location, it has a view without waste to the lookout key and the bridge. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.
