Family-friendly holiday rentals in Samaná Province

We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first vacation with our 18 month old toddler, which we were so scared of - but it was so so perfect. The house had everything we needed for him, crib, high chair, microwave for his milk, etc. Carlos' communication was amazing, he always responded immediately and helped us with absolutely everything we needed (airport cars, a buggy rental at the house, massages, etc). The house was beautiful as was the location. The beach we could walk to was fantastic! Also Jackie, who cooked all our meals was AMAZING! Her food was beyond delicious, she was so sweet and kind, and our 18 month old toddler was absolutely in love with her. Can't recommend enough, definitely going back!

The pictures do not do the place justice! We had a large group of 12 adults staying and we all enjoyed every bit of the airbnb! Leo and Francini (the property manager) helped make our experience a 5-star experience. They were able to connect us to an incredible chef, a fantastic tour operator, and lovely housekeepers who not only made it easy for us to enjoy our time but helped customize our trip to fit in all the excursions we wanted and the staggered arrivals. Highly recommend if you're looking to explore Las Terrenas or relax on the property or the beach!

This resort was beautiful, updated and always clean. The beach restaurant is gorgeous and the food terrific. The beach and the loungers are paradise. My expectations for both the resort and my condo were exceeded

A calm, tranquil, and quiet place. The room was clean and check-in was easily accessible. Large pool, hot tub and lots of green space. I'll be back again

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

This place was absolutely amazing, perfectly clean, and super comfortable. We were able to enjoy the chefs services which were delicious. The team in general worked perfectly to our expectations and then some. One thing we were iffy about was how close the beach was, but it was a 3 minute walk from the house, and super accessible. The beaches were pristine, and were everything we were hoping for .

Paradise! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Spacious and Cosy. It has all the facilities to host 8 people comfortably. The location is close to where the businesses of Las Terrenas are, as described in the publication. It has a nice pool. If your group is large, it's a perfect stay for everyone to be together.

A very quiet and clean place, very friendly hosts and a good area to go to the beach

This place is an absolute gem! The views are simply breathtaking, and the peaceful setting makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Genesis and Juan Pablo were incredibly attentive and provided plenty of great recommendations to make our stay even better. While you can make it up the road without a 4x4 in dry weather, it can be a bit tricky if it rains. If you’re not used to mountain driving, I’d definitely recommend following the listing’s suggestion and going with a 4x4. All in all, a wonderful experience—we’d love to return!

Overall a beautiful place, spacious & looked just like the photos. Communication was always great before & during our stay. Any questions were always responded. The pool & outdoor area was beautiful. The only slight downfall was no hot water for our showers but overall it was a great experience & I would definitely go back

Wonderful host, lovely apartment and relaxing stay!

The villa is beautiful and you are amazed in every corner, accurate design full of details that you discover as you live there, comfortable places where you can relax, everything tastefully furnished nothing is missing there is also beyond what you need. It does not have restaurants nearby and the car is important to get around but the house is so beautiful that you like to spend most of the time in and especially outside outdoors enjoying the nice hot pool.In three minutes you can reach the very wide beach of Coson and you can choose the areas you prefer ,towards Bonita it is more calm and you have beautiful baths, a 20-minute walk but on the left you arrive from Valerio a restaurant on the beach, where you eat beautifully Dominican at very honest prices. The owners Renè with their very sweet wife are an extremely kind couple, they were always available for every need, they welcomed us with kind, welcome and liked gifts. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended💕💕

Everything was lovely from start to finish. Our wonderful hosts provided a lovely breakfast with coffee for my wife and I each morning. They offered wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The pool was clean, refreshing and with a lovely view of the ocean/bay. A wonderful choice for couples looking to get away and enjoy serene surrounding. Couple minor quirks that the hosts immediately remedied. Overall, would definitely return for another visit. Our stay was wonderful! The home was very comfortable and exactly as described. All the rooms were spacious, which was perfect for our large group, and it was incredibly convenient that each room had its own bathroom, such a useful feature that made things so much easier for everyone. The location was also great, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I’d definitely book again!
