Host was very responisve and flexible. Home was exactly what it looked like from pictures. Amazing location, maybe a 2 minute walk to the lake, and a great part of the lake as well. Really close to multiple boat ramps. We had a blast here, it was perfected for what we needed.

It is in the piney woods-very quiet, peaceful. There are activities for you or do nothing. You are on dirt roads, do not bring a low-riding vehicle. Very close to Lake Nacogdoches & not far from town. The owners have plans to renovate parts of it & I look forward to seeing the changes!

The hosts were very personable and accommodating! I felt right at home from the very beginning. I stayed in the Treehouse cabin which was perfect for my solo vacation. Check-in process was straightforward with no extra time wasted so you can get right to enjoying the property. If you’re escaping the chaos of city life Stag Leap is the place to be. Extremely private, top tier cleanliness, and an amazing view to top it off!

It was best relaxing and peaceful place we have stayed at in years we will come back again when we get back in that part of Texas

This is a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Right on the water yet secluded with plenty of privacy. It rained on our trip but the covered porches were nice to sit and enjoy the rain. The host was super nice and worked hard to make our stay perfect. I will stay here again.

The house was prefect for our weekend stay. The location of the house provided good access to multiple boat ramps on the lake. The house was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again.

Sparks Lake Resort is highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It has excellent service, beautiful views and a super helpful host! My family and I had a wonderful weekend experience!

This was a great place to stay. Clean and plenty of room. We had room to park boats and plenty of beds. Easy acces to several lakes. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. It is very remote but perfect if you’re looking for a weekend in the woods! Plenty of spices and condiments stocked was a nice touch. Andrea was very responsive and helpful. The lake is a little walk away but worth it. We loved being in the quiet peaceful woods. Bring your food and don’t worry about leaving once you arrive!

Super cute and clean home! All of our guests slept well. Two of the split units were leaking due to filters that needed to be cleaned, but they were on top of it and sent help right away.

Was my favorite little cabin so far! Would highly recommend and would love to stay again when I’m down that way!

What a fantastic alternative to the usual accommodations located for fisherman at Lake Sam Rayburn. We have stayed at every available camp/cabin/motel in and around the Zavalla area. This place hands down is the best. The carport for the boat came in handy as we had rain the day before our tournament. We noticed that every single cabin had a carport/boatcover. We came in late and left early but the grounds were immaculate. Fire ring with readily available firewood was very cool and in the plans for our next visit. Thanks for making everything so easy on the same day reservation request as this was kind of last minute.

This is a hidden little gem! Natasha is very kind and incredibly quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and would recommend this to anyone who would like to have peace and quiet along with a very homey atmosphere! The cabin had everything we needed and super comfortable beds!

Justin’s place was a home away from home in a quiet relaxing environment on the riverside. Great for outdoor activities or just sitting outside enjoying nature. S’mores was a hit for our family. Weather was perfect. Everything in the home was as described on the listing. Kid friendly loft was a plus for us. Highly recommend if you need a peaceful get-away.

Dont hesitate to book. The Cabin is Gorgeous! Has everything you and your family need for the perfect Vacation time. It's well kept, not to mention is thoroughly clean. My husband and I booked for a time to relax after I had been in the Hospital and it was exactly as advertised. I would definitely love to go back soon! The Hosts are very professional and Kind, answering all our questions and ready to help in any way they could. Thank you for everything.
