Located just 3 miles south of downtown San Augustine, this cottage is an antique lover's dream! Sitting on 10 acres, the cottage dates back to 1929, however, it has been updated to include modern conveniences. Comfortable but country chic I think would describe it! With a real wood fireplace and a huge deck out back, you can relax and enjoy! San Augustine has many historical sites and this cottage sits between two lakes, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend, only 20-30 minutes in either direction.

And plenty of parking. 5 minute drive to boat launch and lake! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

Home is located in Zavalla Tx 5 mins away from Cassels - Boykins boat ramp, few mins away from Caney Creek Park and down the road from Angelina National Forest 2 mins away. This cabin is full of character fully renovated home it's a one bedroom, one bathroom home with fully equipped kitchen with every kitchen item you may need, Coffee marker, pots pan, plates, etc. Split level A/C units to cool you off after a nice day on the lake located in the LR and BR and a stackable washer and dryer.

Sleeps up to five with a full size bed, twin size bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

We are 20 minutes from Beautiful Lake Nacogdoches! The RV is in a very peaceful area. You will enjoy this Cozy RV that has its own private bedroom, Fireplace, Fast WiFi, TV etc. Complimentary bottle of wine included along with snacks and sodas!

Come get away from the hustle of the big city and enjoy our quiet end of the road. We are within walking distance of the lake. We have two Kayaks, one woman's and one man's mountain bikes, and an above-ground pool ( open during warm months) for guests' enjoyment. We have a folding fish-cleaning table. Boats and ATVs are welcome. We have outdoor outlets to charge trolling motor batteries.
