Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It was not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen of high quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and wood-burning heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, bullerbu on the mountains!

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people.
