The Stay is just Amazing would definitely prefer to stay at Dev's place whenever I visit. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family. If any issues Dev is just a call away he will definitely solve our problems. Overall Great experience at his Place.

Lovely clean private independent heritage house. Felt like a home in Goa. Very well connected. Equidistant from both airports. Manager Sudarshan is really helpful and so is Suraj the host. Loved the stay. Going back for sure.

the host was very professional, prompt and responsive. the caretakers - Aman and his wife were committed and genuine. They even replaced the gas cylinder with their own to ensure there was no disruption. I think more than the place, it is the people that bring the airbnb proposition to life. And my strong suggestion is to pick the place basis review of the people than the place itself. the place can be fixed is the people are good. And in this instance, the host and his caretakers were kind and nice. so it all turned out well. i am local goan - and my advice is that the general goan population has no idea of what international tourists expect from a service perspective. So avoid hosts who are goans - save for my hosts who i think are local but yet international in their kindness :)

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The flat was spotless, free of clutter, and the bathrooms were exceptionally neat and clean, adding to the comfort of the experience. A special mention to the maintenance guy, Fernandez, who was an amazing host—friendly and highly responsive whenever I needed assistance. However, it’s important to note that the management of the flat is very strict about their rules regarding allowing guests. If you’re planning to host or have visitors, make sure to plan accordingly, as it could become frustrating if not handled in advance. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, provided you’re aware of the policies. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean, well-maintained property with excellent service!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, the pool was nice and the villa was amazing. The caretaker, Pavan, was very friendly and readily available as well. Would definitely recommend if you’re travelling to Goa

The property was absolutely lovely. The staff was great, they went out of their way to help us and prepare things for us. It was a bit far from the Dabolim airport but the staff was understanding of late arrivals, no problems with check-in, and the surrounding was like stepping in a film. The ambience, the backwaters, the lush greenery, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff there makes amazing Goan food also, so the overall experience was amazing.

The Loja exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed complete privacy, peace and tranquility despite being just a 30- minute ride from Panjim. The highlight of The Loja is it's location right next to a lake. You get sweeping views of the lake, mangroves and the surrounding hills right from the front of the cottage. Wake up early enough and you are greeted in bed by the rising Sun and melodious birdsong! The Loja has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The huge windows let ample light in and allows for stunning views right from the bed! The hosts were thoughtful to provide milk, fruits, eggs, bread, etc. to take care of our first couple meals. The warm hospitality extended to us by the manager Mr. Vincent Lobo was exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. He was thorough in his explanations, polite, generous and always eager to help. Our time at The Loja will remain with us for a long time and it will always be the top priorty for our future Goa visits.
