Holiday rentals with lake access in Saluda River

Lovely place, very helpful/responsive hosts (Chris/Chrisi and Kim)beautiful and serene surroundings with easy 10 minutes access or less to Lexington and all its restaurants/shops. The home is older but key areas have been updated (kitchen and master bathroom). Our kids loved the double full bunk beds downstairs and the fire-pit was great for family time/smores. The dock was perfect for turtle/bird watching. Highly recommend!

We’ve rented multiple locations on Greenwood and elsewhere and I can say this was the most impressively stocked rental ever! I always bring a bin of items to make sure we have what we need and we did not need a thing! So well laid out, beautifully renovated and the new dock is one of the best o n the lake! Indoor and outdoor entertainment was a big bonus with the weather and young adults. Provides soap and all you’d need in restrooms too, big bonus to offer so many kitchen items for guest! I can’t compliment the owners enough b how well down and accommodating this rental was! They thought of every detail. Don’t hesitate to rent from them, if i could give it a 10 out of 5 I would!! A+++ we can’t wait to come back

Great spot on the lake. Sweet backyard and dock. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Porches are awesome.

Lauren was an awesome host. Always answered right away and was so helpful in the situation we had with needed to change out check in time. The house was really nice. We would love to come back.

This is my families second year staying at this house. We love the location and the house and outdoor space is perfect. The host is very friendly and prompt with any concerns. We love being able to have our dogs with us.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Jesse’s communication was great, the home was comfortable and clean, and the lake was beautiful. The location is quiet and feels secluded, but about a mile away you have all the amenities of town (grocery, restaurants, gas, etc). Everything was exactly as described, and made for a perfect couple days away. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara’s. It’s a very comfortable space, with room for two couples. The lakefront view has great sunrises and the lake is wide enough that you don’t feel exposed from the lake side. Kitchen was well-appointed, indoor spaces were very clean, and it was peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. The dock is a fabulous place to escape. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place and a great stay. It feels like what an airbnb originally sought out to be and it was refreshing. It is cultivated for a lake house experience and it delivers. The host is amazing and responsive even in the dead of night. The instructions are so crystal clear throughout the house, you’ll feel relaxed in no time. I would stay here again even if I didn’t have business in Spartanburg again. Its relaxing.

This place is wonderful. It was the most complete AirBnB where I have stayed. Highly recommended to anyone looking in the area. Craig and Janet are very friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. When in the area, or have visitors in the area, we will recommend this location.

We had a great stay overall. The location was awesome! A little bit of updating to the unit would be good but overall nice place. The only real issues we had was that when we arrived it was half cleaned but Deborah got back to us immediately, the cleaning was finished that night. It was because of a mix up with the cleaning person's schedule so was not a big deal. It was taken care of quickly. I would suggest getting a new locking system for front door because it is very tricky to get it to lock. One bathroom had a slight leak from back of the faucet that needs a fix but we let Deborah know about it. Other than that beds were clean and very comfortable. The patio area was large and really nice! I would stay there again and would recommend this condo. Great location and beautiful lakefront spot.

We put on a lot of miles every day taking in the area while staying at your lake home. When we returned everyday OMGosh! So relaxing and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We will miss our 3 new buddies too. And well decorated. Perfect y'all. Jeff & Nancy

By far the best airbnb host we’ve ever had super fast to respond to questions and the accommodations were better than described. Beds were absolutely marvelous woke up every morning feeling better than new. This airbnb is a nature lovers dream. Highly recommend Sandy and the unit

We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!

The place was just as described! Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Linton Realty was very responsive and helpful (esp when we locked ourselves out!) The condo was in a nice quiet area with lots to do. Highly recommend!!!!

Loved this stay! They were very accommodating in letting me move my reservation after some family things arose. The parking is as described so pay special note to that. I really appreciated all the small details along with a well stocked kitchen (spices, staples, even s’mores!) and the bathroom essentials. Would recommend and would stay again!

Debbie's lakeside retreat was a beautiful home away from home. It was the perfect size for 1-2 people and very well stocked (cooking essentials, grilling supplies, kayaking things, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). We LOVED having access to the lake and hanging out at the water. The area was very quiet and super relaxing. Also, the year round Christmas tree made me feel super cozy. Top tier air bnb.

Adorable cottage, beautifully decorated with a comfortable floor plan. Kids loved the loft. The yard is beautiful, wide and private with gorgeous views of the lake. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and perfect for walking. We saw baby foxes multiple times. Will definitely stay here again.

Had the best time at Reah’s amazing lake home. The description of the house is spot on. Perfect location for a getaway or small family retreat. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Mark

We enjoyed 4 nights with our boat and pups at the Sunset Gem. The cabin has plenty of parking, easily accessible and absolutely spotless. The dock was perfect for our boat and our dogs loved swimming from the little boat ramp area. We even jumped off the dock for a dip due to the unseasonably hot weather. We only did light meal prep while there and brought our own portable gas grill but found the kitchen had all the basic items we needed. We loved boating down to Martin’s landing for ice runs and dinner at the grill and Mexican restaurant. It was so convenient! There is a larger boat ramp at Sunset Park 100 yards away. We thought the property was just perfect for our needs and hope to return.
