Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Saluda River

David’s lake house was everything we had hoped it would be. Quiet, Family Friendly Neighborhood. Just a few steps to a nice dock on the lake for fishing and fun. Excellent area restaurants to choose from. Woke up every morning to deer and cardinals sharing the grounds. Nature in perfect harmony for a mind clearing reset. Can’t wait to be back for our next vacation. David is easy to reach and very quick to reply. Thanks David for sharing your property for everyone to enjoy!

We loved this cabin! It was a real adventure getting to know the life in the mountain. It was intimate and beautiful. Enough room and attractions for my family and all guests. The mountain was breath taking and there was plenty to do in the community. Brevard is from now on, one of our favorite places on earth.

Fantastic cabin! The location is perfect, close to the amenities of Connestee Falls and a close drive to Brevard. Very clean and well taken care of cabin….and the check in/out process was made very easy. We even forgot a suitcase in the cabin and Isaac arranged to have the suitcase shipped to us in Florida. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time during our spring weekend in Greenville for a graduation celebration. This home provided multiple great areas for gathering and for sleeping very comfortably. We spent a lot of time in the backyard (great for three grandchildren under 4) and loved the ping pong and corn hole in the garage! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we enjoyed several walks through it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Also, a shout out to the Master suite- just incredible! We would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay there again in the future.

I had a really nice stay with Deb and Marc. They made me feel at home and I was very comfortable, both literally and figuratively. I prepared and ate many of my meals there, and the kitchen is top notch. In addition, they had many good recommendations for places to eat out in the area. They also went out of their way to make me feel included in the goings on while I was there. All in all, it was a great month and I enjoyed some really interesting and memorable experiences. And I know a good deal more about horses and hounds than I did going in. 🙂

We visited the area to attend a graduation! We were thankful, the home was definitely in a great location! We throughly enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful home. The decor was beautiful, yet livable. The home is maintained very well. Ms. Sandra’s home looks just like it’s advertised. The snack basket with the goodies in it, was also a nice gesture as well. There were enough bathrooms to accommodate our family of six. We had good nights sleep, because the beds were nice and comfortable. All the amenities were readily available for our enjoyment. They were practical and we utilized most of them inside and outside the home. Ms. Sandra actually checked in on us, while we were enjoying the swing set with our little ones! Ms. Sandra, you’ve thought of everything! Many blessings to you and your Mom — again “Thank you for your service” I would definitely recommend this home, and we would book it again, if we were to visit the area in the future.

Our group of 5 families had a wonderful time! One of our best annual trips. The house had enough space for all of us, and the lake and land were great. Add the boat rented from the nearby marina, fishing, firepit, and karaoke, and it equaled a blast for all ages.

This is a definitely a favorite place to stay for our family. The home provides several spaces for relaxing. The location is private and very quiet. We've stayed here multiple times and it's our "go-to" place for this area. The host has been very helpful and responds quickly.

Everything was wonderful there.. Had some issues but was handled well so I was good.. I really and would come back again but put a TV in the other room would be a big plus too

Apartment was clean and clutter free. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was stocked with many items for cooking. It was a great end unit that felt private. We brought our small puppy with us and the complex had more than enough grass and trash stations. It’s a great place and would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed with Kasa several times times and keep returning . I have found my favorite apartment ! Apartment #5 . Love the filtered water station on the first floor !!!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful property, clean, and very convenient to local attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our 2 week stay! Two master bedrooms with views of the woods. We kept the windows open all the time and loved the cool mountain air and birds. Slept GREAT!! Completely private, like we were the only ones around, but yet right in an unbelievably gorgeous community. We took wonderful walks and found gorgeous views, a waterfall, and a river on the golf course. Huge screened porch to enjoy the birds and beautiful trees. Had cozy fires in fireplace. Fantastic kitchen. We stayed two weeks and then booked 3 more days while we house hunted in the area. Wished this place were for sale. It was that peaceful and well appointed. Felt so at home. Good WiFi and cell service. Close to Gorges State Park. Make sure you hike to Rainbow Falls! Near great restaurants in Sapphire and Toxaway. Easy drive to Brevard or Cashiers. The Evolve staff was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed June 14 - June 17, 2024. The pictures and description match what is listed. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We rented a pontoon boat and Lake Keowee is beautiful. I thought I was renting the boat from the marina on the property but I ended up renting the boat in Seneca. I would recommend easier instructions on how to check in such as how to use the door lock, parking spot number, directions on where exactly the unit is located on the property. Also, it would have been nice to have a list of restaurant suggestions including the location of the restaurant.

Incredible place. Loved the location and the atmosphere. Incredibly beautiful 2 mile walking path along the water front right outside condo. Amazing place!!!!!
