House holiday rentals in Saluda

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

Wow this place was absolutely amazing the pool and the hot tub were definitely the highlight of the stay but the house was also very homey and clean and it’s was a fun time

This stay showed us why we always prefer when the rental is owned by a person and not a big company, Trace was super responsive and easy to work with our entire stay. Location was fantastic and it was super easy to get to all the things in ashville we wanted to while still being in a home that was quiet and relaxing.

We had a great stay! We got to enjoy the pool one day, although I think we scared off the person staying in the suite. The house was very clean, there was plenty of room. We loved the swings on the porch and in the yard. Would stay again! The hosts were also really nice and didn't yell at me when my brother-in-law ran over their mailbox with his car.... despite them having a sign that says, "Stop, don't hit my mailbox" 🤦‍♀️

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

We have stayed at a lot of airbnb homes and this was by far the cleanest! The screened in porch was so relaxing, especially during a rain storm. We even saw a double rainbow! The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Great host, beautiful home, and beautifully landscaped yard! We had a great time.

Great place for multiple families to gather. Close to many attractions, yet still a quiet, peaceful getaway. Would stay again if in the area.

Great little cottage awesome for us pet parents the back porch was very nice and relaxing.. nice to have a park for the kids and dollar general for last min things only 2 mins walk. cottage has everything you need also a special touch that muffins and fruits await you on arrival

Loretta's home was outstanding in every way. The decor was lovely: well-furnished and comfortable, but not too cluttered, and the whole house was extremely well stocked with everything anyone could want or need. We were especially impressed with the kitchen, which had cabinets overflowing with so many dishes, glassware, table linens, essential spices, cookware, and more that five of us never lacked for anything as we prepared meals during our five-day stay. We were also very happy with the many towels, extra blankets, sheets, etc. One of us forgot her toothbrush, and one had already been provided, along with hairdryers, shampoo and body wash, and other toiletries. We used the washer and dryer a few times, which worked well, as did the dishwasher. We greatly enjoyed the porch swing and rockers, and spent time there watching the many songbirds visiting the bird feeder. We have been coming to the Saluda area for decades, and recommend this house very highly!

The view was amazing, and the whole reason I specifically booked this house, and I was certainly not disappointed. The house was as listed, felt very comfy, was clean, everything as expected. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on coming back.

David’s home was wonderful! We loved the screened in porch and the yard was beautiful! Lots of paths to walk on. Very peaceful and easy to get to town. We will definitely be back!

I loved this place and will likely rent again. Perfect spot if you want to be close to Saluda.

Madeleine’s cabin was exactly as advertised. The space itself was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for my family to either spread out with our own space, or be comfortably be together in the beautiful living room. We came in pretty familiar with the area, so it was the perfect home base to go explore known spots, or check out some new hikes close by. And while the weather didn’t cooperate early in our trip, the cabin was an awesome spot to sit by the fire on a rainy day and just relax. Madeleine’s instructions were very detailed, making check in and checkout a breeze, and she was very proactive and responsive with all correspondence. Would definitely make a return trip (and hope to in the future)!

Absolutely loved our stay! The drive definitely needs the 4WD that they recommended but only in certain minor bits and pieces on the way up. Very top of the mountain and the views were spectacular! Also the therapeutic bed was an awesome surprise!

This spacious home was beautifully furnished from local shops and has all the comforts of home. Honestly cannot think of one thing we needed but didn’t have. Views from every room, porches to enjoy, games to entertain all ages and 3 dinner tables to play on, eat on, work puzzles on was awesome! Home is in great location between Hendersonville and Asheville. So much to do! Our girls trip was an unforgettable weekend. Everyone had a quiet space when they needed it! Heard it snowed the day we left. I bet it was so nice! Thank you!

LOVED our stay! Beautiful view, loved the fire pit, very clean, well stocked kitchen, great location. Would absolutely stay again if we make it back to Asheville. The drive up is a little intimidating but nothing the Jeep Wrangler couldn’t handle.

We were looking for a place to stay for our wedding weekend and this was near our venue. It was the perfect place to get ready in, and was very relaxing for us!

We had the best stay!! I’ve been going to Saluda for the last 26 years. My parents had a house on Green River until Helene decided otherwise. It was nice to get back to a place I love so much! The view was phenomenal!

Absolutely gorgeous. What a perfect few days! Wish I could shop from the beautiful products in the house. Excellent.
