The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Several nearby swimming areas. It's another 70m the boat and the jetty belonging to the cabin. Ask the host if you're interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat,canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor to boat can be rented for 100 SEK per day+ gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Do not note Wi-Fi

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Cottage of 25 sqm so it is a SMALL COTTAGE. But with stunning view right by a beach! The cottage is included in a cottage area so that means neighboring cottage close. Look at pictures. 2020 new beds, closet and sink. 2022 painted rooms/ kitchen area + a new fresher sofa bed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 m to First Camp which is a 4 star campsite. In summer, you can shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice baths, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Gäststugan ligger i min trädgård, nära gotlandsfärjan. Det finns en 160 cm bred säng , bäddsoffa på 150 cm, enkelt pentry med plattor, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frysfack, liten toalett ( litet handfat) duschkabin utanför toan avskärmad från sovrumsdelen, wifi samt tv (endast cromecast). Stort altandäck med trädgårdsmöbler, parkering finns på uppfarten. Lakan /handdukar finns att hyra för 100 kr/person. Stugan Iämnas i samma skick som vid ankomst, men städning ingår. Välkomna🌸

Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 the cottage was used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now was storeroom and grain storage. In the early 1980s it was converted into a dwelling, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach edge.

Johanna’s place was absolutely great to stay in for a nice summer week. Ad it was so nice weather all the time we used the pool a lot, less the jacuzzy and only once we fired up the inddor fire place, just to try. The house is spacious, clean, well maintaned and modern. The garden and patios are beautiful with nice bushes and flowers and a pristine, nice sea-wiew pool (though a lottle closed in the forest). We spent little time inddor caused by beautiful weather the whole week. The house is though wery nice to sty inside, with spacious living room with a nice fire place and big windows, three clean and nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and bar chairs. And at the top floor is a nice private bedroom with bathroom and a beautiful yoga - room. Johannas place was beyond expectation an so was the weather and the peaceful environment. Johanna is a great host, helpful and responsive. Thank’s for a great week in Oskarshamn

A typical Swedish red mini house, but furnished with taste and with all the comforts kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. A small, cozy cabin in Julia's garden, overlooking the fields. There is also a nice terrace but unfortunately we could not enjoy it because it was too windy. Very discreet hosts, which is appreciable (but friendly and gives all the information).

Very beautiful location in the harbour. Roof terrace was big and nice. Free parking space if you arrive by car. Everything looks as same as pictures. Bed was a bit small for two person but still good to sleep. Kevin send us very good instructions about keys and everything so checking in was easy. We can really recommend this apartment.

A great place to stay, we felt completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended is a tour via Lövö, where the property is located. Very friendly hosts, we also received good tips for the area. In addition, the sauna, washing machine or canoe can be used on request.

We stayed at Sören's place for two nights. The house looked much bigger in real life than in the pictures, we were really surprised. We were able to park directly in front of the house and were greeted nicely by Sören. He told us and showed us everything important and was always available. The furnishings of the house were good and everything was very clean. We particularly liked the whirlpool. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the lake because it was simply too cold. Nearby, about 15 minutes by car, there is a larger city with shopping and restaurants. There is an animal shelter on the property, so you could sometimes hear cats or dogs, but that did not bother us. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and book again at any time!
