The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

Lovely very bright studio

Located in the city center, close to shops, this large studio of 32 m2 , very well exposed, is in a charming building, on the 2nd floor. 2 balconies with views of the city or the mountain. Comfortable and very modern, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A queen bed in 160 x 200 completes the place with a sitting area. A large shower room with a washing machine completes this space. The historic center of Moutiers is located 100m away, the train station 200m away.

Very nice apartment, good location in the heart of the old town of Moûtiers. Nice location, on the edge of the docks. Ideal for discovering the surrounding ski resorts (Méribel, La Plagne, Courchevel) but also for your thermal treatments in La Léchère and Brides-les-Bains. 65 m² apartment on the first floor of a house with living room / very well equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 90 + 1 pull-out bed, 2 beds of 140 + sofa bed + baby bed), 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dryer.

Composed as follows: 1 independent entrance, 1 sleeping area with 2x single 90 x 200 cm zippered beds, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped kitchen open to the living room. Beautiful terrace and small parking space. By car: 3 minutes from Moutiers train station, 10 minutes from Brides les bains and 45 minutes from Courchevel and Méribel stations.

Garage and ski storage in the basement. Numerous outdoor parking spaces (reserved for the residence). 5 minutes' drive from Moutiers and all shops, 10 minutes' drive from Brides-les-Bains (thermal spa center and ski lifts to Méribel and 3 Vallées). Beds made on arrival. Spa rate upon request.

Nice renovated studio with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. 28m² you will be comfortable to store the imposing equipment for skiing. The apartment is very well equipped with good quality new equipment: dyson vacuum cleaner, 43'' (108 cm) LG 4 K TV, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster , squeegee, fondue... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a dry radiator - towels. PLEASE NOTE that bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided.

You will be a few meters from the pedestrian street where you will find all the shops. A stone's throw from the market square in a small, very quiet alley, the location is ideal. Anna is a very well organized person who left very clear check-in instructions, pleasant contact, Anna is available and responsive to exchanges, very spacious apartment with large rooms, which fits well with photos, superb outdoor terrace on the edge of the Isère, and located in the heart of old Moutiers , as I wanted,( attention small staircase to go up 1 1/2 floor, no elevator) very quiet area with its pedestrian street, free parking convenient proximity as indicated. I will keep a great memory of Anna and my stay at her place, to recommend.

Alexandre is very responsive and attentive!Because the cleaning was not done when we arrived. This was fixed within the hour. Very functional, comfortable and as described. However it is located on the second floor, it is accessible by a very steep staircase and it is in a pedestrian zone.
