Holiday rentals with a patio in Salem

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. One note.. not related to the unit or the hosts but to navigation to the unit ... our GPS had us drive right past it and then drive around the block and attempt to pull in from behind which is impossible. So if you choose to stay here, and you should :-) , be aware..

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time visiting Boston and Ryan's place made the travel and exploration so enjoyable. It's an 8min walk to the subway and it's super easy to hop lines! The area is really comfortable too, Target and Stop&Shop are an easy walking distance for extra groceries or anything else you would need. I would recommend anyone to stay here, as the place is small but comfortable and incredibly homey.

Stunning apartment, in a beautiful location! The hosts were very responsive and helped us figure out a last minute booking. This was probably the most beautiful airbnb I have stayed in so far.

Kevin is an awesome host, and this was the perfect Airbnb for our wedding party! There was so much to do from the patio, to the arcade, and the pool and hockey tables, we had such a blast staying here! There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for lots of people. Kevin was super responsive, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and he was very accommodating and helped us out a lot! The check ins were super simple and cleanup was also extremely easy for check out! We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Lynn!

All instruction were very detailed and easy to follow. The location was beautiful and the property was prestige. Cooking in the kitchen was easy, everything was within arms reach and easy to find. The center of town was cute and had some nice local shops. There was planet of restaurants in the area and grocery stores were also close. 5-stars for sure for the property and the property managements My family and I will certainly look for this property again if we are staying the the Amherst area.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Zero noise at night. We slept like babies. This place looks exactly as described on the website. Worth the price The neighborhood is safe, I walked every morning and night for about an hour. Very charming place. Highly recommend

Such an amazing place to stay - easy to get to surrounding towns and local attractions but the physical location and the space lends itself to such a beautiful tranquility and peace we could feel ourselves relaxing the minute we got out of the car. Everything we could have wanted was provided, including a washer and dryer, the beds were so very comfortable, and being able to soak in the hot tub beneath the stars after a long day was just an added bonus. We were so grateful to be able to be in this space for about a week and hope to be able to rerun in the future!

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze and the host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

The home was exactly as described. There were plenty of towels, linen and beds for a group of 10. The home was spotless and was very comfortable. Anna-Lisa was an amazing host. She provided clear instructions for entry into the home, offered lots of recommendations and was very quick to respond to all inquiries. The she shed was a bonus for any mom needing a few moments away.

I can't say enough good things about this property! It was amazing. The home is beautiful and luxurious. The outdoor space is amazing. It is so peaceful. It feels secluded, yet there are so many things within minutes - from grocery stores and restaurants to parks. Well situated to facilitate day trips from Boston to Maine! The owner is very responsive and very helpful. Our stay was perfect. Thank you, Cristian!

My family of 8 and I were visiting for my daughter’s graduation. Nas’ home was immaculate. Everyone in my party loved it. There was more than enough space for all of us to move around. Everything was clean, beautiful and well kept. The attention to detail from the decor to the hotel- like amenities (towels, body wash, toothpaste, extra tooth brushes, nice fluffy blankets) was top notch. There was nothing we needed that was not available. Nas was very responsive throughout the entire process from reserving to arrival. We literally had not one complaint and would recommend this home to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Reda was so wonderful with us!! Extremely communicative and friendly, the apartment is exactly like the pictures and so much better in person. My family & I had a great time in Boston but the apartment was definitely a big highlight. I recommend this place 10/10🩵

Wonderful large space in family neighborhood. Joe was in touch with me to make sure everything was OK. Super clean, quiet and comfortable home. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a child at Tufts!

The house was adorable and very clean. We weren't there much, but we had everything we needed when we were there. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

Super cozy space, very responsive Host!

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out.
