Very nicely remodeled. The host was very helpful with check in as we hit some delays in our travels. Apartment was very clean and cozy. We would be glad to return in the future and highly recommend this place.

Very good accommodation, renovated, very good location especially if you go to a concert in the wizink, it was next door (10 min maximum walk) close to everything, shops, bars, etc. The only downside is that it was very badly soundproofed and you can hear the steps that are taken in the apartment next door. Overall a very good experience. The host and co-host are very attentive.

Fantastic apartment! Very clean & everything that we needed was supplied. Super comfy bed. We both slept really well every night. We loved that the TV turned round so we could watch in bed after a long day of sightseeing! Lovely peaceful neighbourhood even though you are minutes from a main road. Fab location as only 2 mins walk to Metro, Aldi round the corner & also some bars & restaurants 5 mins away. Host was very welcoming & happy to respond to messages if we needed any help or recommendations. As there are no windows, (only doors on to a small balcony), the apt was a little dark. But there are many ceiling lights so not a problem. On our last day we discovered a little cafe a few doors down from the apt called Brunch & Cake. As the name suggests great for brunch, or coffee & cake. Wish we had tried it sooner! Would definitely recommend this apt for a short stay for 1 or 2 people.

Javier was an incredibly attentive host, providing any and all information when asked… the apartment is new and is well appointed (not to mention, beautifully decorated, so stylish and without clutter.) We needed to do a load of laundry; the machine was very quick and washed well. Having morning coffee on the small terrace was quite charming… it was a rather quick trip to Madrid, over two days, with many appointments around town…returning to this apartment offered such a perfect respite! We totally enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. Thank you so much for a beautiful & relaxing stay.

We stayed in Madrid for 5 days! Carlos was very accommodating with check-in and coordinated an early luggage drop off before check-in. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We were able to walk everywhere, and taxi services were close by. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening before dinner! The beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay in Carlos’ apartment if visiting Madrid again!

The stay was excellent. The apartment is very cheerful and cozy, very conveniently located, next to Retiro Park and one block from a metro line. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and all kinds of stores nearby that make your stay easier. I stayed almost two months and recommend it one hundred percent!

Frida was very attentive all the time, the apartment is amazing and the apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. Although there were 6 of us, the apartment is super spacious and very comfortable. I will definitely return the next time we come to Madrid. 10/10

"Home in Madrid" is a lovely, elegant apartment in a small, elevator building with a beautiful lobby. The apartment is very well decorated, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, making cooking a pleasure. The apartment is very centrally located.....we walked everywhere! It is on a great street, filled with lovely boutiques and restaurants and La Duquesita, a superb bakery, is just across the street. It is very conveniently located for drivers as we were able to pull up in front of the building, Ricardo helped us with the luggage and a secure garage with reasonable rates was just up the street. We didn't need to use the car again until we checked out. In addition to helping us with our considerable luggage, Ricardo was a gracious, responsive host who was clearly focused on ensuring that we were having a good time.....and we did. Without hesitation and with pleasure, we would stay in this apartment again.

The apartment was very nice and clean, beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s located at a good distance from the city center—close enough to get there easily, yet in a quiet area. The hosts were very kind and helpful; they assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and left a detailed guidebook with helpful instructions about the apartment and great recommendations for the city. They were also very communicative, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Everything went well. We rented an apartment for parents 65+. They were quiet, comfortable and cozy.

Angela’s place was amazing! We had a chance to meet her at check in — really kind and offered us great recommendations. David and Andrea who helped us with cleaning and check out were also great help and extremely accommodating. The location was fantastic and helped us instantly fall in love with Madrid. Highly recommend!

The apartment is newly renovated and everything is impeccable and shiny. It is located in one of the best areas of Madrid and within walking distance of most sights, it is also very well connected by public transport. Gemma's service was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Raul has been the best host we have ever had in our 8 years staying at AIRbnb's. cheking in was perfect, Raul was there to welcome us and explain us everything. The fridge was full with water, sodas, fruits. The checkout as well, and he even drove us to the airport. Superhost! The apartment is perfect, 5 stars. Super clean, spacious, confortable beds. location is perfect, close to everything walking distance. definitly coming back to this apartment on my next trip to Madrid.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Raquel and her team do a great job with communication and making sure you have all the information needed. The place was very cute and has all the necessities for a stay. Most importantly, it has ac and heating that can be controlled by you. It is conveniently located, walking distance to most things and is on a small street out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
