Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

I'm a little tired of the typical "AirBnb experience" so you get stuck in a totally depersonalized house, which you can see has been furnished specifically for the purpose. With Betty it was the exact opposite: I finally felt like a guest in a real Madrid home. She is very helpful as well as a pleasant person to chat with. I also really enjoyed staying there and sharing the spaces with other people - I've never had any noise issues, bathroom or kitchen issues

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

We had a great stay at Daniele’s place. The location is great and close to all transport links and places of interest. The apartment offers plenty of space and is relaxing and quiet in the heart of the city. Daniele’s communication and instructions were excellent.

Tambos place was the perfect Madrid stay. Close to everything, really unique and tasteful design, and a very welcoming host with great recommendations.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Madrid! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect – the location couldn’t be better! It’s right in the center of Madrid, walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transport. You truly feel like you’re in the middle of it all. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Communication was smooth and fast, which made the whole stay stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. Great experience all around!

There were two of us in Pizzi's apartment for a week. The apartment is not far from the Plaza de España and very easy to find. Check-in was absolutely uncomplicated and we were even allowed to enter the apartment earlier. That was excellent as we had already landed at Madrd airport in the morning. The apartment is as described. Very friendly furnishings and sufficiently large. In the kitchen there are plenty of dishes, dishwasher and everything necessary. Pizzi also kept asking if we were well, if we had everything, as well as she gave us tips for activities. The apartment is really just a stone's throw from the Plaza de España and then a short walk and you are at Palacio Real and Almudena Cathedral. If you go over Calle de San Bernardino, you can get to the Plaza de España metro station without stairs. In short, it was a perfect stay for us.

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

Manu was very supportive of my wife's stay...very friendly and accomodating...the other tenants were also very friendly. Would highly recommend it1.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
