The place was lovely! Great location, amazing stay. The one thing that bothered me was that they have a 30 -50 euro fee if you check in late. I mean you’re already paying for the entire day of the place and you’re not going to be there. Anyway, other than that I would recommend.

Micho mejor que en fotos. Excelente opción para un estadía cómoda y bien ubicada en Madrid. Volveré sin duda.

הדירה מזמינה, חדישה ונקייה, יש הרגשה שחשבו על הכל ולא חסר שום דבר. המארחת Liss מקסימה, זמינה ועונה לכל שאלה תוך פרק זמן קצר. היא קיבלה את פנינו בדירה, הסבירה והראתה הכל כשהגענו למרות השעה המאוחרת. אפילו אפשרה לנו להשאיר את המזוודות בדירה עד הערב. המיקום מנצח, האיזור נחמד עם הרבה חנויות, בתי קפה ומסעדות ותחבורה ציבורית נוחה (רכבת תחתית ואוטובוסים) לכל מקום בעיר. הסופר מול הבית - מאוד נוח לכל דבר שצריך. הייתי חוזרת לדירה הזאת שוב בביקור הבא שלי במדריד בוודאות!

¡Una estadía simplemente perfecta! El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y decorado con un gusto impecable. Su ubicación es inmejorable: a pasos de todo lo que necesitas, pero con la tranquilidad necesaria para descansar. Lo que hizo la diferencia, sin duda, fue Ignacio: atento, amable y siempre disponible para ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. ¡Definitivamente volveré!

这套房子是一栋古老房子改装而成，和照片一样明亮、宽敞、舒适，能够在市中心有这么大的位置真的不容易。但是离地铁站还是有些距离，晚上可能还是需要穿过一些小巷子。清晨的拉丁区还是很悠闲的。总的来说和照片一模一样！

Great spacious apartment, amazing neighborhood/location, close to metro, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries. Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was so nice to return to after a long day, the living room/dining room were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer was also appreciated. Beds and couch were all very comfortable. The balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/espresso. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

The apartment was very nice and clean, beautifully designed, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s located at a good distance from the city center—close enough to get there easily, yet in a quiet area. The hosts were very kind and helpful; they assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and left a detailed guidebook with helpful instructions about the apartment and great recommendations for the city. They were also very communicative, responsive, and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nicely remodeled. The host was very helpful with check in as we hit some delays in our travels. Apartment was very clean and cozy. We would be glad to return in the future and highly recommend this place.

Este apartamento es absolutamente precioso. Si vuelvo a Madrid, sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí. Está impecablemente limpio, decorado con muy buen gusto y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La cocina está súper equipada, el baño es bonito y reluciente, la habitación es acogedora, y la cama muy cómoda. La sala es hermosa y luminosa, con una vista preciosa donde entra el sol por la ventana en las mañanas y tardes, creando un ambiente muy cálido y cozy. Además, se puede ajustar la temperatura fácilmente si hace frío. El internet es rapidísimo, ideal si se necesita trabajar o hacer videollamadas. La ubicación es perfecta: muy céntrica, cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes, pero sin el ruido molesto de zonas más transitadas. Es una de las mejores zonas para quedarse en Madrid, sin duda. Y lo más importante: María Dolores es una host excepcional. Siempre atenta, con comunicación rápida y clara, pendiente de cada detalle desde el inicio. De verdad, una experiencia 10/10.

Amazing flat in a perfect location, and super good and helpful hosts! They had thought of everything, like having adaptors for the plug and a super good hairdryer (that I can never find, even in 5 star hotels). They were super communicative and responded immediately when we forgot the keys in, and helped us in. Also the location is the best to stay in Madrid by far as it has super cute cafes and restaurants and local find. Reccomend it 100% and would stay again when back in Madrid!

El apartamento está recién renovado y todo impecable u reluciente. Está ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid y accesible a pie a la mayoría de sitios de interés, está muy bien comunicado también con el transporte público. La atención de Gemma ha sido perfecta y la hemos pasado de maravilla.

So cool!! Really. Never seen anything like this. The design is so cleverly crafted and the furnishings and appointments are thoughtfully curated. The only thing is……there isn’t any downside. None. Great location, walkable to sights, shopping, splurging!! Been to over 2 dozen vacation rentals and this is the best. And I haven’t even started about how great Pedro is.

We had a really great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location is fantastic – central and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the lock system worked perfectly. Although the street outside can get a bit lively, the bedroom in the back is quiet and made for a restful night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Ottima posizione e spazi decisamente comodi anche per 6 persone. Rafael molto gentile e disponibile! Consigliato anche per brevi soggiorni.

La verdad hemos estado encantado tanto con el piso como con el trato recibido, una estancia muy agradable que repetiremos lo antes posible

Excellent and cozy apartment, very centrally located, close to both local transports, restaurants and shops.

Raquel and her team do a great job with communication and making sure you have all the information needed. The place was very cute and has all the necessities for a stay. Most importantly, it has ac and heating that can be controlled by you. It is conveniently located, walking distance to most things and is on a small street out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
