Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sainte-Maxime

We had a great stay in Micheline and Christian's apartment, who are very friendly, helpful and generous hosts. The apartment is very beautiful and very well located. It has a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. It is very well equipped, you have everything you need as at home! Very clean and functional apartment. Very nice bedding. Parking space is also much appreciated. We thank our hosts for their extreme kindness and discretion. You can rent without hesitation!!!

The apartment is very nice and very appealing. The balcony has great amenities, is very cozy and you have a fantastic view of the bay. The pool was great too. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment 100%. Communication with Baptiste was perfect.

Our stay at Chantal's went very well. Chantal and her husband are warm and caring hosts. The accommodation, adjoining their house, was perfect for a few days of teleworking. As we walked through the gate, we were greeted by the delicate scent of jasmine flowers in their beautiful garden... a real pleasure! Please note, as stated in the listing, a cleaning fee is applied although cleaning is requested before departure. The Wi-Fi connection is sufficient for everyday use but sometimes a little slow for video calls or computer work. Thank you again for this pleasant welcome!

Apartment compact yet spacious enough as it had storage in the bedroom & the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture increased the living space. Awesome view and locaction. Selection of great restaurants downstairs and walking distance to town. Long sandy beach 200m down road. Apartment is very generously equipped for cooking etc. Everything was very clean with a large comfortable bed. Thanks Jonathan for great communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the real star of the show but the house itself was also perfect. Everything looked just like the photos posted. The house is tucked off in a quieter part of Cannes but still walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Excellent place, modern and clean with million dollar view.

What a fabulous stay in this wonderful flat, perfectly located in Antibes' old town, beautifully furnished, with everything that is possibly necessary, decorated with style, you instantly feel on holidays. The vibes and energies are great. Warmly welcomed by Thierry himself, who remains available to help out. There's literally everything needed to enjoy in and around the apartment. Thierry is simply great, very patient, super kind, an adorable host that makes you feel welcome and at home! We definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

A simple older house, which is very charming, among other things because it still has many original details from the period of origin such as the beautiful bathrooms with the original tiles, beautiful wooden windows. The layout of Patricia's unit itself, but also the layout of the complex consisting of 4 units with its own swimming pool and covered parking is very clever, the terrace is nicely overgrown, spacious and nicely furnished with beautiful tables, the roof terrace is too hot during the day but a great place to look at the impressive starry sky in the evening. The house is superbly located to the beach, the tropical Parc with the beautiful Palmenallee is simply paradise and very safe. The atmosphere is characterized by very friendly people. In addition, the owners were very helpful. These were great holidays that went way too quickly.

We had a lovely wonderful stay at this house! Everything was perfect: the house is very clean, very well equipped and decorated with great taste. The garden is beautiful and the pool is a real highlight – especially with the beautiful weather of the south of France. We felt extremely good from the first moment, almost like at home. The welcome was warm and everything was thought of to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A big thank you to the hosts for this beautiful experience – we will be back with great pleasure!

The new house was very tasteful and decorated in special design. We enjoyed it very much and absolutely met our taste. The kitchen equipment is still a bit expandable for a busy and good cook. But the necessary equipment was brought immediately. Communication with Deborah and her mother was very quick and straightforward. The TV Samsung Frame does not offer a German TV program. At least we didn't make it. After returning to the house, which is located on a very large property, the in-house 3 sheep and the 3 ducks greeted us happily. The village of La Mole is a 10-minute walk away and has 3 restaurants, a cafe, a small minor supermarket, but a good boulangerie. Port Grimaud, Gassin and the coast can be reached quickly in about 30 minutes. The landscape with its pine forests is beautiful! We'll be happy to come back. Merci Deborah pour le￥able sejour.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

We had a long and pleasant weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two bathrooms, very convenient. I highly recommend it for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on the premises.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

We had a great time at Stephane's, the apartment is sublime, located , in a green setting, with high-end services. Super quiet ideal for a good rest after a day of getaway. Ideally located, you are a short drive from downtown Saint Raphael . We stayed a little week and took the coastal road to get to Nice and Monaco , what a pleasure , breathtaking landscapes, there is no to say the Var is the most beautiful department in France 😍😍 We warmly thank Stéphane for the quality of our exchanges and the kindness accorded to our two four-legged companions who accompany us during our holiday. We'll be happy to come back to Stéphane's place to enjoy the beautiful pool 👍
