Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint Paul de Vence

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! Jessica was incredibly kind and welcoming + always quick to respond and full of great local suggestions that made our trip extra special. The place was just as described, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Very Nice House and great host.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

I stayed in this house with my wife and two daughters, in a calm, peaceful and decent neighborhood. The host welcomed us very nicely, answered our questions quickly before and after we arrived at the house, and did everything necessary to meet our demands. The house had its own parking lot, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed. The welcome basket, carefully prepared beds, clean towels placed on them, and personal care sets in a pouch were all meticulous and orderly. In summary, we were very pleased, we recommend everyone to stay in this house with peace of mind. Thanks for everything...

Everything is perfect except for two minor issues: 1. I was not informed that the housekeeper costs extra and was not included. 2. The outdoor furniture, such as deck chairs by the pool, and the pool area in general could be refreshed. As well as the toilet by the pool. Please note that the rest was flawless. These 2 points do not affect the entire stay at all. Only as feedback to get the most out of it. Otherwise perfect, Charles also let us check in and out earlier. I would definitely come back.

Gorgeous house, big, but feels cozy. Lovely views, many seating areas outside. Kitchen is well stocked for at home cooking. The area is quiet and private, which is fantastic, as long as you have a car. As others have said, the driveway at the house is only for very small cars and excellent drivers, but we parked on the street, no issues. Upon arrival, we had a few plumbing issues, but they were taking care of immediately. All in all, a great stay and I fully recommend this house and the owners/property manager.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We stayed for a month, and everything was perfect. Marie Claire and her husband were fantastic hosts. The location is peaceful, the house and garden are lovely and completely private. It’s just a short and safe walk into the village which is probably the best in the entire region. Great shops, plenty of cafes and restaurants, and a decent sized supermarket. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Having lived over in the Fayence area in the past we were extremely impressed with Roquefort-Les-Pins, it is within easy reach of all the attractions in the area and on the coast. We hope to book again.

Veronique was a wonderful host. The location of the apartment and amenities made for a trip to Nice we will never forget. On top of it all, she was an incredibly accommodating and kind. I would absolutely recommend her home to anyone interested in travelling to the area.

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

It was a very nice time in Max's apartment, a super large beautiful pool, the parking situation is a bit difficult depending on the day of the week, but I accepted that, Bargemon is a nice cozy village and the reception by Lene was very friendly. Petra

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. It was a really relaxing accommodation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the trip very comfortably.
