We spent great days at Juliet's apartment! The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need! The location is quiet and idyllic. In Prutz itself had nothing open at the end of October, we had to drive about 15 minutes to the excursion destinations. Julia recommended us great hiking trails! Highly recommend overall 😊

Me and my boyfriend André spent 4 days here. The apartment location is amazing and the apartment itself had everything we needed! Isabella's place was just amazing for our family of 4 . Can't beat the views and the location. Although it was such a central location, noise was not an issue. if you want a chill evening or if its raining as it did for us one evening , we just stayed in , enjoying the mountains/lake and sipping wine from our balcony !! Totally recommend it and would love to come back here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

Everything was tip top, everything worked out great. Very pleasant apartment, enough space for 2 people, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious sun terrace. James is very helpful and friendly, has helpful tips and responds quickly. Thank you for the good care, we felt very much at home. Good starting point for our bike tours in the area. Supermarket and restaurants right around the corner. Only the bell tower next door rings very loudly and very frequently (every quarter of an hour) and at 7 a.m. m. also very long. The Bimmel program runs between 5 pm and midnight. If you have a light sleep, it's a bit annoying :-)

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

Top :-) we can't fault anything at all. Our stay was perfect all around! We will be happy to come back. Great apartment, sparkling clean, quiet location, top equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony, comfortable bed... 5 stars more than earned :-)

We stayed at Clio’s place for a few days with our 2 dogs and we had a great time there. Lots of things to do in the cities around it and in Laax. The apartment is cozy and big enough for 2 people and more. Highly recommend! 🙌

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Great place where me, the wife and dog could unwind over the long weekend. Very peaceful surroundings and the accomodation was excellent. Easy to find, well equipped and clean place with a sauna. Would love to go back in the winter.

Jochen's penthouse apartment is bright and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its location close to the village centre and the ski lift. We loved it there and would hope to return sometime. We would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. The sauna and the cooling pool were especially nice.

Beautiful experience! I had made a mistake with the booking, but Pietro was exceptional in solving everything instantly, saving my family's stay. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: each room is tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, from the lighting to the small design elements. Impeccable cleanliness and a warm and welcoming atmosphere everywhere. In the bathroom and toiletries, you can perceive refined fragrances, which make everything even more special. The wellness area is a real gem. Our dog also received special attention, and was greeted with fresh water and biscuits. Pietro was a thoughtful and always available host. Highly recommended!
