Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saint Matthews

One of the nicest (if not the nicest) Air BnB's I've ever stayed at! The home and location was beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and pristine. The home is also close to several small businesses and restaurants that provided a super fun and unique Louisville experience! The perfect place for a small gathering of friends.

The place was very big. A family could stay there. The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I liked. The bed was very comfortable-probably my favorite bed in all of the places I have rented. There is a large dresser to use if you choose; I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suit case on because I did not want to use the dresser. Full kitchen if you choose to cook. I was confused on where to park due to "no parking tow zone" signs on the fence. Christian let me know those were there so strangers did not park there. We wound up parking on the street in front- which was free and easier for us. Good location, and close to restaurants and such. You can easily walk to them. We did not find it loud, but there wasn't a lot of people around when we were there. Christian got back to me within about 15 min. with answers to my questions. I thought the place was a nice place to rent and would rent again if in the area.

This was a great AirBnB in a central and walkable location. It was very comfortable and was perfect for our family of 4.

We were in Jeffersonville for a local festival and have done hotels in the past. This was a welcome change! loved having a kitchen, separate rooms, and extra space. Only caution is if you have toeugle with stairs, the front has quite a few. Other than that, nice neighbors and close to the river, restaurants and big four park. Great stay.

Perfect house in the perfect location. The house has a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance and is a short drive to everything else. It also had the perfect little backyard for our dogs to run around. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Becca and Alfonso’s greenhouse was fantastic. Even though we booked just a day or two in advance, they were incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed directions that made everything easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming—we took a walk and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was unique and full of character, with beautiful plants that gave it a fresh, calming vibe. The backyard was a perfect bonus—spacious and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The place was great, slightly bigger than I expected. I really appreciated the two bedrooms each had outdoor access so when staying with friends and you each have a dog it made things very convenient to not disrupt each other. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Louisville!

Excellent stay. Looks just like the pictures. Clean! Comfortable! Convenient! The place was very clean, from linens to floors to toilets. The beds were so comfy, the towels were oversized and fluffy. Conveniently located near major highways so it was convenient to get anywhere in the city. The yard was well kept which was excellent for my pups. There are gaps between the fence and ground so be careful with small dogs or those prone to escaping. My corgis could definitely go under if they wanted but the yard was plenty big so they were happy. Kitchen had mugs, wine glasses, silverware etc. and appliances including keurig (with frother!), air fryer, and ice and water dispensers in the fridge. Host was excellent, responsive, and easy to contact. We needed more towels. He responded right away and got them to us quickly.

Deb's place is beautiful inside and out. The home is stocked with everything you need - from toiletries to paper products to kitchen appliances. There are so many things to do at the house that, in 3 days, we barely had time to do everything. The large yard + pool + fire pit were so peaceful and well-maintained. To top it all off, Deb's communication was excellent. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a few days of relaxing family time.

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

This unit was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend staying in the Louisville area to give them a try.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. Our stay with our pups was great! The living area is open, with lots of room for the whole family. Bedrooms are generously sized, plenty of room even with a dog crate. We loved the private, fenced backyard. The location is unmatched. We walked to a different coffee shop each morning, and ice cream at night. I would stay again and heartily recommend this property. What a great neighborhood.

I have found my home away from home! Darling little house, tastefully furnished, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the fireflies come out. I had a great night’s sleep. It was easy to find and convenient for exploring Louisville. I will definitely stay again!

Very nice home, great for kids, friendly, flat yard front & back, nice & new kitchen with everything you need to cook. Close to supermarkets, Target, restaurants & shopping.

Beautiful and peaceful little spot! We stayed almost a week and had no issues with bugs or smells. The water was hot in seconds, the deer came out every evening, and the cicadas sang us songs while the lighting bugs put on a show. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge was large enough to store all our Wisconsin cheese and beer. The bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets in case the evenings were too cold. Absolutely perfect little hide out, and not too far from civilization so that we could still grab take out.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Wow end of May 2025 this back yard is beautiful and huge. Where the house is located is absolutely so convenient to see other parts of Louisville. We had a blast visited relatives and did some site seeing too. We went to the zoo, Old Forester distillery, ziplined under the zoo in the caves. We also had the best cuban food from Mojito Havana. Beautiful place located on a quiet side road in the midst of nature. The bed was very comfortable and we felt right at home.
