Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint Martin

Ce séjour fut parfait :) L’accueil chaleureux de Marie dans son studio magnifiquement bien situé juste en face du lagon avec sa superbe vue. Ce studio longe la plage et tout l’endroit est sécurisé à mon grand bonheur. Une épicerie, une pharmacie, une boulangerie et plusieurs excellents resto sont à quelques pas … Sa grande disponibilité, tous ses conseils et références d’incontournables … une gastronomie et des cocktails incroyables vous attend. Nous avons décidé de louer une voiture ce qui est un must pour la liberté et le coût comparé au taxi et Marie nous a référé Best car rental ; vraiment excellent comme service, on nous a apporté la voiture à notre Airbnb et on nous a accompagner à l’aéroport au départ Je n’oublierai jamais ces moments avec ma fille ♥️ I love Saint-Martin

El apartamento muy cómodo, todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía larga o corta. La vista desde la terraza es espectacular pero llevar repelente para los mosquitos. Tener en cuenta que el apartamento está ubicado en la altura por lo que subir en el auto no digo que sea difícil pero tampoco fácil y ver el cartel que dice “3” que es una entrada a la izquierda en la subida. Solo resta disfrutar de las playas de la isla

Le studio est vraiment calme malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport , je n’ai ressenti aucune gêne et j’ai pu dormir paisiblement à toutes heures de la journée . La literie est très confortable, j’ai pu me reposer et en même temps profiter de l’île . Il y a vraiment tout à proximité ( pharmacie , restaurants , casinos , boutiques , bar , plages etc … ) et accessible à pieds . Les instructions de l’hôte ont été claires . J’ai apprécié mon séjour et recommande ce studio .

Loved the views from the balcony and spaciousness of the place. The neighborhood felt safe. Having rented a car, the beach chairs, cooler and pool noodles were appreciated for exploring various beaches. The apartment was very clean and well equipped- it felt like home. Sandra was very responsive to any questions. Staying here was a great experience. We’d love to return.

j'ai adoré mon séjour chez Amy, extrêmement gentille et aidante. Ses messages textes étaient détaillées et aidants. Distance à pied de 3 magnifiques plages, Mullet bay un coup de coeur. Une multitudes de restaurants à quelques minutes de marches, ne pas oublier d'essayer le délicieux restaurant Sea food vibes juste en dessous :) je recommande fortement un séjour dans ce Airbnb.

The unit was beautiful, had a great view and was very clean. The host was responsive and answered all questions timely. Check in process was super easy and The Fourteen is a perfect location to everything on the island. I would highly recommend and would def book again if I return. Also, s/o to our driver Thomas, at the Fourteen. Taxis can be very expensive on the island but he was very reasonable & always available. If you ever need a driver, I suggest asking the concierge for Thomas! Everything 10/10

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans ce logement. L’endroit est chaleureux, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tout est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque pour assurer un confort optimal. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement et sereinement de notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés, et c’est certain, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)
