Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Martin-Vésubie

Wonderful stay at Melissa's! Great for families, less than 10 minutes from Colmiane. The cottage allowed us to completely disconnect. We just would have liked more vintage CDs to listen to on the stereo. 😄

Aurélien is a very welcoming and responsive host. The cottage was impeccably clean. We had a very good night and were able to enjoy the beautiful quiet terrace overlooking the Valley. Very nice stay. We highly recommend! Thanks again 😊

Superb quiet place with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Even better than the photos, everything has been refurbished and extremely well-equipped house. The bedding is really nice. We are very resourceful after our stay and will surely be back.

La Turbie is a stunning location perched high in the hills, offering incredible views. That said, the roads leading up are quite winding and steep, so it's best suited for travelers who are comfortable driving in mountain terrain. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained—Brigette does a great job keeping things tidy. One thing to note is that there’s no air conditioning; however, a fan is available upon request, which helped. The hosts were helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. The town of La Turbie is about a 10-minute walk away and offers charming restaurants and amenities. It’s also just a short (though twisty) drive to both Nice and Monaco, making the location very convenient for exploring the area.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Peaceful place nestled in the village of Gréolières, we were present with a friend for a week of training for the Ironman of Nice in recognition of the circuit . The place is ideal for this goal. The village is very quiet , you have 2 restaurants and a convenience store at the entrance to the village Check-in is surprising because access is in a narrow alley with parking at the end but it's very easy to get around. There are quite a few parking facilities in the village . There is an electric vehicle charging station in the village entrance, walkable in 2 minutes. The host was lovely and offered to store the bikes in the cellar locked to avoid theft . You have a shaded terrace that will allow you to have quiet meals. The rest is as described , there are large spaces and comfort is present . It will just take good quadriceps to climb the stairs several times a day. I would recommend this place ++

Excellent accommodation with easy access to Vence

The town is at the top of a hill on a winding and narrow street. It takes just 20 minutes to Menton. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. They greeted me at check-in. It wasn't very easy for me to find it, but they always responded to messages. The place is extremely beautiful with views of the mountains. I had a beautiful stay. No worries . The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to bring provisions for lunch and breakfast since there is nothing nearby to solve dinner ... and it is not advisable to do that path at night . But if you are looking for tranquility and beautiful landscapes in a very comfortable apartment that lacks absolutely nothing, this is your place!

Spacious apartment overlooking the center of Valberg, very pleasant and cozy. Hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Rustic accommodation. Well equipped with everything you need for daily needs. Location is beautiful and very quiet. The large property was particularly well liked by our dog. We were able to play table tennis in the garden and use the pool. Stefano was very friendly and everything went very smoothly. In the house, there is a helpful folder with information and tips for the area. Above all, the page with the hikes that are allowed for dogs has helped us a lot.

Very peaceful and very quiet place. Not far away from the city. Very cozy apartment and has really everything you may need! The best for a holiday with kids of small age! Every little detail is thought about for the comfort of kids and parents. Thank you

We stayed with Olivier for the second time and felt completely comfortable as a family of five. The villa is well maintained, clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to comfortable beds to bathrobes and terry towels. Olivier is a great host: always available, quick to respond and very friendly. The complex is beautiful, quiet and immediately invites you to relax. Highlights for our kids: the pool table, hot tub and basement with table tennis, foosball table, fitness equipment, and more. Practical are also washing machine, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Three restaurants (including 1 pizzaria) and a bakery are within walking distance. We sincerely thank Olivier for the nice time and highly recommend the place – always happy to come back!

Ted was fantastic from the start- we had a great check in experience and we were taken care of the entire trip.

What a great place to stay. I have never rented a house that was so fully equipped, everything was really there. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the silence and tranquility were a relief. Our hosts Valerie and Delphine were super attentive and the chickens provided us with fresh eggs every day. For us, the house was a starting point for beautiful sporty bike rides in the truly beautiful surroundings. One gorge was more beautiful than the next. Upon returning from our trips, we enjoy the terrace, we miss it and leave with some sadness. We will definitely come back again, maybe as a group of friends but perhaps also with family, because it is a fantastic family home. Valerie, thank you again for all the thoughtful and quick responses. You have created a little paradise.

An absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, very clean, comfortable. The setting is simply beautiful, surrounded by a quiet environment. The host was exceptional: warm, attentive and always available to help or advise us. Her family is just as welcoming and friendly, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. I will recommend 100% this place, and I'll be back with great pleasure!

Beautiful villa castle-style retreat in the mountains with a 1500 feet breathtaking view of Monaco and the Mediterranean. Quiet, fantastic surroundings with flowers, trees, great outside lighting at night for a unique and wonderful atmosphere. All bedrooms were large, beautiful and en suite with outstanding views … my wife and guests were truly amazed by the facilities and decor. We had plenty of adequate parking for our rental car plus parking for our guests. Our outside evening barbecue party with music made our stay special and created a lasting experience for us and our guests.

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

Small accommodation ideal for couples wanting to appreciate the varied possibilities that the area offers and also rest in a quiet and serene place. We would recommend this place. Very good contact, have Ot and Michel.
