Weekend for family reunion. Very functional house, well equipped with equipment, with a bright and modern decoration, very pleasant. The exterior is large, equipped with a large table (very appreciable). Vincent can be reached by phone, and he answers right away. Very quiet neighborhood, and in addition no parking problems. We loved staying in Alexandrine’s guest house! So much love was put into the space, which is felt in every detail. She curated books for our child and equipped us with everything we needed during our stay. We had a great time in this completely refurbished house: everything is clean, modern and perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing inside. Marine was very available and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to respond to our messages. It's a place you feel really good in, and for sure: we'll come back and rent again without hesitation!

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.
