If I could give you 10 stars I would! We absolutely LOVED your place. What can I say… the View wow oh wow, sooo Beautiful! The Eiffel Tower was right there, I laid in bed and watched the gold lights at night. Then at midnight they would turn white/silver and blinked and sparked.. Amazing!!! Everything was close by. It was really nice that you had a washer/dryer combo. We had been traveling in Scotland and England and we were able to do 2 loads before we travel to Germany and Switzerland. I would definitely like to stay here again sometime. Before making the decision between a hotel or Airbnb I read so many reviews and was a little nerves. We were pleasantly surprised. New everything, great taste in the decor was spot on! I think you understood the assignment 🌷So if your like I was and apprehensive about booking… do it! I know you will love it just as much as we did. Thank you Essaadiya oh by the way I did get my “Paris” haircut, it looks great thanks for the referrals.

The neighborhood is nice and easy to get around, I recommend staying at Solenne's house if you come to Paris!The room is also well equipped, refrigerator, washing machine, heater, etc., everything is good!

Thank you so much for hosting us! This was the perfect space for 3 of us to stay comfortably. We loved the quiet neighborhood & Lorette, the boulangerie on the corner! The beds were so comfortable, and the place was immaculate! Our host even brought us a portable AC when the summer heat got to us! Thank you again, it was a wonderful stay!

Great location, a lot of local supermarkets, restaurants and fruit stores around. The apartment itself is very beautiful and spacious. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy studio. Has everything you need and is perfect for a couple of people. Just a short walk from the tram station. Maud was very responsive and provided clear instructions for every step. Nice find and good for the price!

Dina’s place is absolutely lovely. Her home is clean, comfortable, homey, and very beautifully decorated. The location is within a few minutes of the Metro in a safe neighborhood, with restaurants and cafes, bakeries and neighborhood markets also within a short walking distance. Dina is very personable, helpful and an excellent host. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable in her home. I recommend Dina’s home highly. Thank you Dina.

Maria was an attentive and friendly host! She was so helpful with everything and extremely responsive. She even had pliers when we couldn’t make necklaces at La Perlerie 22. I didn’t read throughly but the shower situation was the only thing I wasn’t used to. You have to hold the shower head in your hand as you shower which was fine. It got the job done. The location of the apartment was fantastic and the size of the apartment was huge. I loved the art and decorations that were in the apartment.

We recently stayed at this lovely home in Paris and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just steps from the Convention Metro station, which made getting around the city a breeze. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, the area is full of local character with plenty of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and markets nearby. It felt like we were truly living among Parisians, not just visiting. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and in good order, making it easy to settle in right away. For our family of five, the space worked out perfectly and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped. It was a lovely spot to come back to after long days exploring the city. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to families or anyone wanting a more authentic Parisian experience with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Loris’s place in Paris! The apartment is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by charming local restaurants and a lovely park. The sunsets here were truly breathtaking. Getting around was effortless, with easy access to buses, trams, and trains, making it a breeze to explore the city. Loris and Lauren were incredibly attentive, checking in a few times to make sure everything was perfect. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, but they went above and beyond by delivering a mattress pad the next day, which made all the difference. As a thoughtful touch, they welcomed me with a bottle of wine and offered excellent recommendations for local activities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, the surroundings are nice and very quiet. Beautiful accommodation (super recommended). Hanney responded quickly and was attentive to our arrival. We arrived very late at night and to pick up the keys you have to go to a business (you have to take this into account to check in)

This place is great. Right next to the train station and a bus stop outside. On a main street but not busy, very tidy little apartment and has everything for a short stay. View of the Eiffel Tower is much better than we expected, especially at night when it sparkles. Would stay again for sure.

An incredible space from an incredible host! Caroline went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and make sure we could use the apartment as conveniently as possible. Great quiet neighborhood away from the tourist centers.

Wonderful apartment on the first floor, no elevator but wide staircase. Brand new . Cosy and very confortable. Metro is 8 minutes walking away. Bedding is excellent (sofa bed included). Bathroom has a large shower and great water pressure. Impecable apt. in a quiet street. Although the 15Th arrondissement is not in central Paris, the metro and bus connection are excellent. Wifi worked very well. We had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bruno's lovely, quiet apartment. It had all the kitchen equipment we needed. It was incredibly clean and we felt at home right away. The neighborhood is safe and everything we needed was within a couple of blocks. Bruno made us feel welcome and very kindly helped us out when we needed something from the pharmacy. We hope to stay there again in the future. Merci beaucoup, Bruno, pour votre accueil et pour un excellent séjour!

Very nice place to stay at. It was hot and we had an air conditioner unit. In addition, the listing was very accurate to what we originally saw before booking. Very close to lots of public transportation options. Thank you!

JHouse is a lovely mix of modern comfort in a vintage building. Love the neighborhood and would happily return here. Johnny was very responsive and accommodating.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
