Located between the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes), Invalides (15 minutes) and Montparnasse (15 minutes), very safe and quiet neighborhood, four metro lines (12, 6, 8, 10), several bus lines, many shops (fruit&veg, organic, international, regional cuisine, cheese&wine, bakeries, supermarkets), cafés, restaurants.  My friendly cat Truman lives in the apartment. I speak English, French, Russian.

Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!
