Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Lovely and Spacious apartment

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!

There is a large living space (30m2) with a newly refurbished and fully equipped open plan kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a very large walk-in shower. There is a balcony that can accommodate at least 2 seated persons.

Anne's place offers a remarkable view of the Eiffel Tower. At night the Eiffel is lit and sparkles on the hour. It is stunning. Anne's place is very unique because it has a dining area that is all windows which looks out onto a beautiful, large terrace that is filled with flowers and greenery. The sleeping area is a bit tight but workable for 2. One of us slept on a sofa bed which worked fine for us. Anne has nice appliances and all the supplies one needs. The thing for us is that the apartment is filled with light which brought us much joy. Our initial plan was to stay in the heart of Paris but last minute plans changed and we were able to book Anne's place. Even though we were a bit further out, we were able to easily navigate the bus and metro system. And it was a quiet residential neighborhood. Anne provided great directions. I would highly recommend staying in this stunning place. You will be so happy you did!

Antoine’s place was in a convenient and beautiful location. My family loved that we could see the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom terrace! He was very responsible and gave local restaurant recommendations. The only negative I would have to say was the fact that the description says there is A/C, but we only had a fan, so some nights were warm for sleeping. It was a beautiful touch that he provided some delicious wine from his family’s production!

Best option for small trip, everything as mentioned. It is quiet place, all options to walk/travel by bus/metro we were happy to stay and wish to come back to Paris
