Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to the messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

We had planned a 4-5 day trip to the Nice, Eze, Menton region. We preferred this location especially because of the parking facilities and the average distance to every location we plan to travel. Laurent is a very polite, caring host who responds to all your questions very quickly. The house was quite clean and the furniture was of a quality that would provide our comfort during our stay. It may be useful to improve the double bed a little more in the future. We admired the sounds of birds on the porch of the house and especially the silence in the evenings. We bought a spare cartridge for the cartridges in the coffee machine, but I think we bought it for the wrong machine :( Since we checked out afterwards, we didn't have the opportunity to change it again. Laurent is a wonderful host and the house offers a wonderful guest experience. This is a place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visits to this region.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

A great accommodation - super clean - and well located to discover Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Menton by car 😊 There were three of us there with our 18-month-old son, everything was fine 😊 And Judith is a lovely and so accommodating hostess! She came to us super prepared and also translated everything into our language, thank you very much for the entire stay Judith!

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

Great place. The milieu was nice and the setting was excellent. The air conditioning worked great downstairs. The destination was better than we could have imagined. Bus stop right next door. Messaging with the owner was straightforward. Friendly reception. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Accommodation as described, very clean, well-equipped for a stay in a peaceful environment very accessible from all the tourist places in the region. The welcome is nice, The hosts are available and discreet.

Arrived in St Paul de Vence, Daniela gave us a warm welcome and the "Bergerie" really met our expectations in an exceptional setting. Thank you for the little treats and refreshments at our disposal. For both of us, these few days were rejuvenating, between walks, cultural discoveries of this beautiful region and relaxation in the evening in this beautiful green setting. We had a wonderful stay at Aurélie’s home in Antibes. The apartment was clean, charming, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the old town, beaches, and local markets. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Aurélie was a thoughtful and responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The space had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Antibes. We would absolutely come back!
