Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to the messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Our stay at Laurent’s place certainly met our expectations. We would strongly recommend experiencing it. There were very nice additional touches - like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers.

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

- Overall: Very satisfied with the stay. - Space: There were two of us and we had more than enough space. There is enough space for a couple and children, but probably not enough for 2 couples. The "main" bed on the upper floor is rather narrow. - Location: Very quiet location, secluded on the slope, but neighbors who you can sometimes hear in the garden during the day. In the evening, you can hear frogs croaking. Approximately 20 minutes by car to Nice and 5 minutes to the village of Tourette-Levens, where there is a Spar, a bakery and 3-4 restaurants. Approximately 30 minutes by car to Monaco. Parking available. - Cleanliness: Everything is very clean. Enough towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. available. - Hostess: Very friendly and passionate. Even proactively bought croissants and brought them by on the first morning. Judith ensures maximum privacy for guests. - Pool: Large pool, filled with salt water (little salt), enough space for 4-5 people. - Minus points: outdoor shower by the pool and the WLAN have

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

Great place. The milieu was nice and the setting was excellent. The air conditioning worked great downstairs. The destination was better than we could have imagined. Bus stop right next door. Messaging with the owner was straightforward. Friendly reception. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very stylish and refined. Quality furniture.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Accommodation as described, very clean, well-equipped for a stay in a peaceful environment very accessible from all the tourist places in the region. The welcome is nice, The hosts are available and discreet.

Arrived in St Paul de Vence, Daniela gave us a warm welcome and the "Bergerie" really met our expectations in an exceptional setting. Thank you for the little treats and refreshments at our disposal. For both of us, these few days were rejuvenating, between walks, cultural discoveries of this beautiful region and relaxation in the evening in this beautiful green setting. We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home.
