Very nice place. Prefer Jeanine's Google Maps directions over Waze to find the apartment. The accommodation is very clean and keeps the freshness well. Well equipped. Jeanine and her husband are very welcoming.

We have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and Vrbos, and this apartment is THE QUEEN of them all. It is more spectacular than even Adrien's description with 180-degree ocean and lighthouse views. The location is unbeatbale - many good restaurants within 1,000 yards and all of Biarritz right at your feet. The apartment is on the top floor; it is very spacious and totally equipped; entire place is immaculate; and it is quiet and very secure. Plus - - - Biarritz is a treasure trove of history, beauty, friendly people, and great food. The entire experience deserves a 100.00% rating. It is worth every Euro. We cannot wait to get back!

The apartment is brand new, well equipped and even nicer than the photos. David was great to deal with. Coffee and other basics were provided for the kitchen. The washing machine and drying line were appreciated. The location on the edge of the old town and near a street with lots of eating options was fabulous. It’s a 10 minute walk to the estación de autobuses. There is a late night bar across the road, but the bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and with the balcony door and shutters firmly closed you can’t hear any noise. The bedroom is fairly small with a comfortable queen size bed. The living area is spacious. There is a lift to the apartment on the first floor. We had a great stay thank you!

Monique is indeed a super host, smiling, kind, and responsive to my messages. She is good advice when it comes to hiking and what to see in the area. The accommodation is impeccable and spacious, located in a quiet area, close to other cities to visit (example St Jean de Pied de port). Our short stay in the Basque country was very successful. We strongly recommend!

Incredible view, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped apartment.

Duncan was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. He gave us so many great recommendations about the city—where to go, what to see—and was always available to answer any questions, responding very quickly. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, so cozy and charming. The balcony alone is worth the stay—it’s simply an incredible spot to relax and take in the atmosphere. Lovely apartment just steps away from the Pilgrim’s office. Walkable to all the sites. My only issue was the washing machine had a problem and the door wouldn’t open to release my clothes, but Marie has been very responsive to get this addressed. Ultimately, I had to leave without my clothes (held hostage by the (not so) ‘smart’ washing machine. But I am hopeful Marie will be able to send them to me further along my journey. I arrived in St Jean after an overnight flight to Paris and an all day series of train rides. I knew I would want some time to recover before starting the Camino and Marie’s apartment was perfect. It could have accommodated more than 1 person easily and I was expecting my adult son to accompany me but his plans changed. I would stay again, but I’d be careful of washing clothes in the machine even though this seemed a bit one-off.

Thanks to Patxi for her hospitality! The accommodation is amazing, as is its location. The apartment is renovated and decorated with great taste. It has everything you need. The view adds charm to the accommodation. In addition, there are a lot of activities to do around the accommodation (via ferrata, mountain kart, train, hiking, mountain biking, etc.). If you want to have a great stay, we highly recommend this accommodation!

Very comfortable and in a lovely location

Imagine a peaceful haven in the heart of the authentic Basque Country... imagine in this peaceful haven a top apartment... Modern and hyper-functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms with top bedding, 2 bathrooms including one with bathtub and shower... fridge, freezer, induction hob and a terrace with table and bench and mountain views... and all this 15 minutes from the highway access, 10 minutes from a large area and 30 minutes from the ocean... Well, with great weather, we had a fantastic stay.

We couldn't find a better option for our vacation! We found a very clean, spacious and well-equipped house. The garden, a little gem, very well cared for and with the option to cook outside. The house is ideal for disconnecting thanks to its location, but it also has a village with restaurants, supermarkets, etc. just a 5-minute drive away. And from there you can reach many more places (Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, Pau among others that we visited). The owners, who live in the adjacent house, are very friendly and helpful while still being discreet. Highly recommended option also for children (we went with our 2-year-old son) to live a nature experience without giving up certain home comforts. Thank you very much Marie France and Antton for the details and attention put into your home to make our stay exceed our expectations!!

The accommodation is very good, located on the large beach, a very quiet area. It has a balcony from which you can see the sunset. The sofa is convertible to a bed and has everything you need.

I went to Pamplona for the first time and the reception definitely gave me instructions to visit the center of Pamplona, the rooms were clean and tidy, the cleaning staff and everything in general were friendly and respectful. If I return to Pamplona, I will definitely stay there
