Holiday rentals with breakfast in Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Very nice accommodation, I have rarely had the opportunity to book such clean accommodation (from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the kitchen). Christelle responds quickly in the exchanges preceding the rental and during the rental if necessary. We highly recommend this accommodation and I keep it in my favorites, we will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. We spent a few days in a home that matches the description of the listing and tastefully arranged. Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen necessities, tea towels, gloves... everything is there. An outdoor setting where you feel good with a parking space. Very good communication with Vincent. I recommend this accommodation.

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating on our arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. It was a dream stay. We find a lovely home and the warmth of the hosts. Both Marie and her mother Nadine and her grandmother Jeanine were adorable, pending at all times, preparing us some exquisite breakfasts and opening their home and their hearts to us. The location, the house itself, everything was wonderful. A unique experience that we will repeat.

Lovely family home next to the beautiful gardens. 15 mins walk to the old town and local restaurants and cafe nearby. The host was very hospitable and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a family. It is a family home so important to be quiet and respectful after 10pm.

Excellent stay at Thierry's, who is very welcoming. The little touches are very nice (especially the chili con carne which was very good). Quiet and well located accommodation, it is easy to get to Bordeaux by bus.

Located in a great neighbourhood in the heart of the old district in Bordeaux. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and wine bars to choose from. Our host, Julie, was amazing full of wonderful tidbits of information to help choose the best places to drink and dine. Plus a bonus was Hermes, the most cuddly cat, he was a great little warming addition to the home!

We enjoyed our stay at the studio apartment, it was in a beautiful and quiet area, but also easy walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux. Sandra had very helpful instructions and recommendations for local activities and places to eat! We appreciated the thoughtful breakfast supplies -thank you.

The apartment is located in a side street near the pedestrian zone. The main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is clean and practical. Christine even prepared breakfast for us. A secure parking space is a plus. I would recommend it if you want to live centrally. A live navigation system is recommended for arrival.

A beautiful place to stay. The garden and pool that surround the house are lovely and peaceful. The house is cool, peaceful and beautifully furnished. The summer kitchen is perfect for preparing a lunch or light dinner if you don’t want to eat out. Marine and Andre are incredible hosts, they were really responsive before the holiday helping me arrange a wine tasting at a local vineyard and were so welcoming once we arrived. The breakfast every morning was beautifully prepared and presented, and weather permitting eating it in the garden was a highlight of the stay. I could not recommend it highly enough, I wish we didn’t have to leave.

I was really well received by Thierry. The proposed bedroom is spacious, as is the private bathroom. Thanks to Thierry for his responsiveness, and for the nice person he is.

Everything was so above and beyond any expectations. The room was built beautifully with all the details and amenities for a comfortable stay. Jose and Lorette took such great care of us thoughtout our stay. Breakfast each morning was a delight with Lorette making her own yogurt and jam to go along with a spread of fresh baked goods and fruits. Jose was kind enough to provide us with a wine tasting from his collection. This, and walking through the neighboring vineyards was the highlight of the trip. Cannot recommend enough! Also FYI, his wines are sold to a certain 2 star Michelin restaurant in Bordeaux!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming French guesthouse! Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to share great tips and recommendations about the area. The view was absolutely stunning, and the pool area was beautiful – we really enjoyed spending time there. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, with no shortage of coffee. We loved the fresh eggs from the local chickens, who were surprisingly friendly and curious themselves! The house is located in a lovely little village that’s good for peaceful walks, and we were even offered complimentary electric bikes, which was a fantastic bonus. There are also several great restaurants just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Overall, a warm, cozy, and very hospitable place to stay – we highly recommend it!
