Perfect place! Everything is there, you will feel at home! However, a small downside! The hotplates are buggy... they turn off, turn back on, turn off... otherwise we were still really good! Thanks to Jonathan for his responsiveness!

An incredible and very beautiful building with a history, ultra cozy apartment very well equipped with an exceptional and rare terrace of this size, the Pontaillac neighborhood is the prettiest and chicest in Royan.

Quiet apartment and very clean. The terrace is lovely. Gil is very welcoming and responsive. Very good for a few nights but maybe a real bed would be nicer than a sofa bed. Great stay.

Very nice quiet apartment on the 2nd floor with no neighbors below or above so great for noise. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, which cools the entire apartment. the accommodation is clean, it matches the photos exactly, the bedding is very good. The host is very kind, very responsive and gives good advice for restaurants nearby. I recommend it 100%

Top accommodation, very clean and pleasant, very nice view of the castle of Jonzac, the small balcony is really a significant plus! Very easy access and lovely owner! Great restaurant 1 min walk (the canteen). We spent two days there with my dad and daughter as part of a diploma I was doing nearby, and I regret so much not being able to enjoy the environment and the apartment more that we will go back there with my spouse! I recommend 1000%!

The accommodation that Sarah offers is peaceful well equipped and the little extra with the washer-dryer is great , the parking on the back is very convenient, and finally it is very pleasant to interact with Sarah

The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!
