Isabelle is a friendly and very welcoming hostess. The cottage is impeccable and very well-equipped, ideal for resting in this beautiful place in the heart of the vineyards.

The apartment is very centrally located in the old town of Cognac. You can park your car 4 minutes away in a free parking lot that is illuminated and safe. There are restaurants and bars and a very good creperie right on the doorstep. All other shops and a bakery are also not far away. You can walk 5 minutes to the castle, the river and also to Cognac Hennessy. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, among other things. The dining table is very inviting and we often ate our meals there. The internet works well. The stairs are narrow, but if you know that, you can pack your luggage in smaller bags. Overall excellent.

Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

We have stayed in a lot of airBnB properties over the years, but this is definitely our favorite. Lydie's home in La Rivière is stunning along the Dordogne. She provides lovely amenities including a relaxing sitting area overlooking the river that we thorough enjoyed. She was a delightful host who took extra time to provide local recommendations for restaurants (Bistro Farrell!) and activities (underground tour of St. Emilion). We felt incredibly lucky to experience her wonderful property, and we look forward to returning.

Great overnight stay! Impeccable accommodation, we need to take nothing (bed linen, towels, toothbrush, shower gels, shampoo and after shampoo and many others) and it's a comfort that is very appreciated!! An address to keep in the pocket!:)

An incredible and very beautiful building with a history, ultra cozy apartment very well equipped with an exceptional and rare terrace of this size, the Pontaillac neighborhood is the prettiest and chicest in Royan.

The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with the family in Les Pargaux. The space is designed to instantly feel at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Nearby court 🎾 is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Medoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate attention from the moment we arrive, shows a true passion for the place and the well-being of guests. In summary: an unforgettable and refreshing stay.
