The unit was really clean, well-stocked, cute decor, great pool view. The property was really nice. Our family of four had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! Robert was an excellent host. His communication was great from start to finish.

Our girls trip to Mexico Beach was amazing! All the amenities listed by Anna were accurate and it wasn’t even but a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Will definitely come back and stay at Anna’s place again!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very close to the beach and the kids loved the pools. The only inconvenience was the parking. We had 3 cars and had to park 2 of them somewhere else. There were only 3 chairs in the closet, but plenty of toys for the kids. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

Had an absolute amazing stay! Chuck was great at communicating before and during our stay. My boys had a blast crabbing and fishing. The home was very clean and felt like being at home. We had a great family time away making wonderful memories. We can’t wait to be back and will make this a yearly tradition. Chuck was super helpful and the grounds are very nice and well maintained.

This was by far the best place we have stayed at Cape San Blas. Kitchen was stocked with any appliance or tool you would need. Everything was in perfect condition and working order and the well decorated. I hope to stay there again soon!

My husband and I had a great time celebrating our 65th birthdays at Cape San Blas. Our stay was very comfortable with everything that we needed. We look forward to returning next year!

The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

We came to St. Andrews by boat and stayed at January’s rental for three nights - it was great, we really enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch and the yard was private and pet friendly, even though neighbors were close by. The property is just a few blocks from the busy downtown area, good restaurants and Marina. The farmer’s market at the Oaks Park on Saturday was also a treat. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, this was our second time staying at this unit and we will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! The place was larger than I expected and perfect for two people. The best part was location. We walked downtown for shopping and dining every day of our trip!

My partner, pup, and I enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Stephanie's place on SGI. First time staying at an Airbnb where the host was on site and we're so glad we tried it. Kevin and Stephanie were extremely accommodating, friendly, and resourceful hosts. We felt that we had all the privacy we could want but also loved getting to know them and their sweet pug Betty. The space was cozy and had overall great vibes which allowed us to feel at home. The outdoor space was large & shady and the pool was so relaxing. The hot tub is HUGE (turn on those jets for a real wave pool). If you enjoy fishing the dock is lovely and you can see fish jumping out of the water all around. We took the rec to view the sunset down the road and WOW. Kevin also referred us to SGI State Park which was just incredible. Finally, the beach was stunning and right across the street which made for an easy walk over. Thanks so much for hosting us-- we will be back! Let us know when you have that houseboat ready ;)

This was the perfect stop for our big move with our pups. So great that they could stay and they had a great yard to run around in!

Had a great stay with multiple families for a basketball tournament. Plenty of space for everyone and really enjoyed the outside area. Pool, hot tub, kayaking, fishing from the dock, the perfect getaway spot that felt like home.

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb and this place was one of the best. If you are looking for a quite, clean and relaxing place this is it. The area is kind of far from everything but that's what we liked about it. I don't know if it was because it was the first week of May but it was so quite and it was bike week. Not a lot of kids running around or people at the pool. The only reason I would give it a 9.5 and not a 10 is because the AC went out but I sent the owner a message and he had someone come out the next morning and it was fixed. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to PCB.

We absolutely loved our stay at Judith’s guest house! We booked this place because we were wanting to take our dog to the beach. We were looking for a private fenced in yard with a pool and walkable distance to the beach (dog friendly all day.. Woo hoo!) and that is exactly what we got! Judith was so sweet, accommodating, and flexible- we got in very late the first night and she was outside to greet us with a smile as we pulled up. She checked in on us but was never intrusive. She brought us delicious brownies and corn bread one day. All of the restaurants we tried in Port St. Joe were amazing- especially KrazyFish, PSJ Bar and Grill, and Provisions all in the down town area about 15 min from her place. Her place was clean and had no sand when we arrived, which was very impressive considering it is a beach house. The beach was never crowded even with it being 4th of July week, and most importantly, our pup had the best time, so we did too! Thank you, Judith, for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved this place! The views from the balcony are 10/10 and the location was perfect for us! The building itself is better maintained than most and the elevators are fast! That's a major plus being on the 20th floor! There is a gas station, a few Beach shops, a Mexican restaurant, Patches, and schooners (right next door), all in walking distance from the room so that's a major plus for someone like me that doesnt like traffic or searching for a parking spot forever. The owner/company was quick to respond and friendly when I had questions and the room was exactly as described and pictured in the ad, although not perfect, as stated in other reviews(i read them all), I knew what to expect and have no complaints. I feel like it was reasonably priced and worth every penny, and will definitely aim to stay there again if Im able and it's available.

Amela was great to work with. She answered all of my questions prior to our arrival. The condo was perfect for 4 people. Very clean and there were plenty of washcloths and towels. The beach was steps away. Everyone in the complex was very nice and it was not overcrowded like a lot of the high rises. We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is beautiful! Each room was stocked full of amenities and cute decor and everything was clean and pristine! The view from the balcony was stunning! We loved watching the sunset every evening. The beach was perfect- white sand, clear water, super clean, and easily accessible. The building itself was fine and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Check in was easy, even though we got in later than expected. We just had to go by the office in the morning to pay the fee and check in… no big deal! Check out instructions were very clear and simple. The host was amazing to work with… she quickly replied to each message I sent her, including a few during our stay. I’d like to stay here again if we visit PCB again!

We LOVED The Bow Wow Bungalow! Vince was a life saver. We contacted him at the absolute last minute when our original rental had a mildew problem and he responded so quickly. We are so glad we moved to the bungalow!!! Seriously the best place we’ve ever stayed and so accommodating for our fur babies. We can’t wait to come back! I can’t say enough nice things about the hospitality or the accommodations.
