Always a great place to stay when visiting St. Louis, if you’re looking to be close to Wash U, Clayton, The Loop, or Forest Park it’s perfectly situated — and you’re far enough from downtown to have peace and quiet, but close enough to get to the stadiums easily.

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was very clean and spacious, and the view was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The view of the arch from the rooftop and loft couldn't have been any better. There was a market and coffee shop in the building, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Debbie’s place was stunning!! 🤩 the apartment felt very big and welcoming. The bed was very comfy. The towels in the bathroom were nice and thick like the ones we have back home. I have found a lot of air bnbs cheap out and go with a thin, small towel but not these ones! Kitchen table was great for dining and fridge and freezer were good for groceries. We will be back next year for our annual trip!!

This place is amazing! The studio is incredibly clean. The location couldn’t be better and there are several places to eat and grab a coffee within walking distance. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Davis’ apartment! He was communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay, even providing some local recommendations.

The location was exactly as described in photos , very clean , cozy , & quiet and walkable to most amenities needed . If given the opportunity i would definitely stay here again

This was a true gem! This condo was nestled in the perfect place... quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean and only a block from a whole street of restaurants, shops, and such friendly people. Amazing scenery! We took advantage of the close proximity to Forest Park to have a picnic and enjoyed the great food and street musicians. Highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again.

We enjoyed Logan’s place.. very clean..and modern. Logan always answered very quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in the 3rd level apartment. It was clean and perfectly laid out ti give everyone a space when needed. The historic building has been renovated while preserving the beautiful brick and wood of the time period but also including modern day conveniences. We attended a concert at the Dome and had no issues walking to and from the venue. I mean it was amazing being able to find the solitude of the space after. Despite being right in the downtown area the space was still quiet. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were made available. Check out was so easy. Victor’s communication was 5 Star! From the moment of booking, to accommodating a last minute early check-in request to our last day check out reminder. If we are ever in St. Louis for any reason we would stay here.

We've now stayed here at Matt's twice, and the unit and location are just perfect for getting around St. Louis. The apartment has everything you need, various coffee makers, cooking supplies and tools, and the environment is uncluttered and peaceful. The extra office is perfect for remote work. This unit is great for a couple, and huge by NYC standards, where we were traveling from. The neighborhood has added even more small businesses it seems since we were last there, on top of the cute coffee shop/cafe at the end of the block. It was lovely to sit on the back porch as well during the early summer weather. Thank you, Matt! We'll be back for sure.

Shane’s apartment was clean, comfy and quiet. I had a bit of trouble accessing the apartment on arrival (because I’m technically challenged) but Shane was quick to respond. I very much enjoyed my stay there…..especially the peaceful back porch.

Fabulous! The decor is beautiful. The location is quaint and peaceful. They are incredibly caring and responsive hosts. I booked with them in the past and this experience was just as amazing as before. I will be returning.

very cozy space. looks exactly like the pictures. very clean. host is very responsive and friendly. the beauty supply underneath came in handy when i broke a nail. the bathroom is HUGE. the shower can easily fit 2. the tub is do-able with minimal effort. the hard part is getting out of the tub when youre done. only cons: 1. paper curtains in the bedroom, so no darkness whatsoever. we were up with the sun. 2. mattress was worn. there is a large strip across the top section where it dips in. we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed the 2nd night and it was better.

What a fantastic Airbnb, in a great location! Everything is beautifully renovated, with a fully modernized kitchen and bathroom, while maintaining the historical feel of the building. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we very much appreciated all the snacks and drinks. The sitting area outside is small but sweet, at the edge of a beautiful little yard. It was lovely to have coffee and tea out there every morning before starting off on our busy days. The neighborhood is lovely and in a great location to visit downtown, as well as all of the attractions in Forest Park and, of course, Tower Grove. Thank you, Jeff, for a lovely stay!

This was absolutely the most beautiful bnb that I’ve ever stayed at. The property itself is gorgeous and very peaceful. The house itself is adorable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Everything is labeled and let me tell you it’s SO HELPFUL!!! There’s little signs everywhere that give you insights to what you’re around. You can tell the host very clearly cares about the people staying. Everything is so beautifully laid out and accessible. The hot tub was a very nice touch and the pool table was a lot of fun. The beds were super comfy and we overall had a wonderful stay!! Super responsive host and really friendly. We definitely will rebook anytime we’re in town again!

This place was great for our visit to WashU. It was spacious, trendy, comfortable and clean. The building had a lot of cool spaces and amenities that we didn't get a chance to take advantage of but I would encourage others to save some time to utilize. It is an extremely walkabout area, right next to the park and a quick drive for us to WashU. Urus was accommodating to our early arrival which is always appreciated.

Chanelle place was very private and peaceful. The location is surrounded by several restaurants and groceries stores. The pictures did no justice you have to book to experience what Chanelle airbnb is really about. I couldn't find a better place to stay, Chanelle was very friendly with a wonderful personality. If i'm ever in St.Louis again i will be staying at Chanelle airbnb.

This apartment was conveniently located and had a lot of nice amenities in the building, even though we didn’t have time to take advantage of them. Check in and out was so easy. I would stay here again the next time we’re in town.

it was a great place to stay i enjoy myself. we didn't get a change use the hot tub but the pool made up for that because it felt like an hot due to it being heated but very good place to stay 👌

A cozy little place for a work trip or change of scenery. Also located above a restaurant, which is convenient.

Helue’s place was very clean and easy to find! She answered any and all questions I had. She was very friendly and I had no issues at all whatsoever with my stay. Definitely recommended! Thank you Helue for everything!

This condo is awesome and is in the perfect location. We were able to walk almost everywhere. And it’s a quick and cheap Uber ride to Horseshoe Casino. The free parking is a huge plus. As for the condo itself, it is amazing. It has such an awesome modern look with cool looking decor. There was enough of whatever you would ever need in the kitchen. Being able to use the grill was nice, as we made a great steak dinner one of the nights. Keyless entry was great, although it takes a little bit of learning in the beginning. If you are like my wife and I, I do recommend bringing a couple of extra pillows. Communication was great. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely return next time we are in St. Louis. Five star all the way!
