Great place will definitely stay here again. The balcony was amazing. We ate practically every meal out there. also short walk to the beach condo was loaded directly on the beach, which was awesome with kids.

Condo was exactly as described and was stocked very well. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

This was our first time at PCB, so we were a little nervous about the location. Carol's written description and the pictures on the web site were an accurate representation of the condo itself and the larger complex. There were no hidden surprises. What you see it what you get. We loved the comfortable furniture on the wide balcony looking out towards the gulf. We sat out on the balcony ever morning and night. However, it would have been nice to have either a ceiling or floor fan to help move the air. We loved the shower with its two shower heads. It was a nice way to end the day after sitting on the beach all day. Additionally, the shower had good water pressure and heated up quickly. Not Carol's fault, but the week we were there was right after the fire in tower 3, so the large pool was closed until the afternoon of our last day. Therefore the smaller pools we packed. We will recommend Carol to our friends if they head down to PCB.

I don’t think I could say one thing negative about this place! Everything was literally perfect. From the space itself to the location. We are already looking at two other dates to book!

My granddaughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jae’s. When we arrived we found everything to be clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. I was very pleased with the location. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we really liked the little coffee shop across the street. The beds were very comfortable. It was also very nice to have boogie boards and other beach supplies during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved it! Everything was clean and as described. Quick walk to beach and house was decorated really cute! If we come back to Panama City would definitely stay here again. Hosts were prompt with responses.

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved everything about this place the peacefulness the cleanliness. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Beach and restaurants were phenomenal and within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the house was decorated perfectly. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed right in the house. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

There’s not much more I can say about Daniel’s condo other than “paradise perfection.” This was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The floor to ceiling windows with the most perfect view really makes the condo. The space was large for my family of 5. Loved the corner unit! Our entire stay was perfect. The elevators were a bummer, but obviously out of Daniel’s control. The included lounges and umbrella on the beach made for a great beach experience and the pool is way bigger in person than in the pictures which was a wonderful surprise!

Loved the convenience of having restaurants and shopping at the condo. Pools were very nice as well!

We had so much fun on our family vacation here! It was amazing being right across from the Big Chill. Kids had so much fun! We used the golf cart to visit Seaside and a couple of the nearby public beaches and loved that option- plus having the umbrella, tent, and beach toys ready for us was priceless. Alys Beach and Rosemary are a close drive but don’t allow golf carts. Great location to explore though! We’ll be back! The house was clean and beautiful. Honestly better than the photos. We were impressed the second we walked in! Communication and check-in was easy too. 10/10 recommend!

This apartment was truly amazing — clean, spacious, and located right on the beach! The views were stunning and the location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for families. Everything we needed was close by, yet the area still felt peaceful and relaxing. The host was fantastic: helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb properties, and this one had by far the most accurate and detailed description — what you see is exactly what you get (and maybe even better!). Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Panama City Beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described in the listing and the condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful! Amy was very kind and responsive. Great experience overall and we would book it again in the future!
