Holiday rentals with a kayak in Saint Andrew Bay

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. The most peaceful property! Tucked away yet close enough to enjoy nearby restaurants and shopping. The property was very neat and clean, and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch was perfect for outdoor dining. We enjoyed being right on the lake and even caught a few fish. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Cute house, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Very responsive host. Great location if you want to be near the beach. No complaints, my family enjoyed our stay. If wanted to improve would be helpful to add some more basic kitchen supplies such as cooking oil, sugar varieties, and a scrubby for washing the pots.

A fantastic stay! This was a super clean place, plenty of room and easy access to the beach from our deck. We were supplied with everything needed for a day at the beach, no need to bring anything extra, for it is provided. This is a peaceful and quiet beach area. No hustle and bustle of the downtown area but within a 20-30 minute drive to dining and play for all ages. Parking is limited with easy entry. Two car max. Do not hesitate to book here, it is worth every penny for this convenience!

We absolutely loved our stay! Donna was very responsive but we really didn’t need anything! Everything was very easy! The home has everything you need to enjoy the beaches in Panama City as well as the water right outside the door! It was clean, quiet and cozy! The sunset from the deck is second to none! Be sure to enjoy the dock for sting rays and crabs! Will definitely be staying again! The binder with all the local tips and activity suggestions was very handy! This is the perfect place for a couples getaway!

The Lake House was awesome! We had 5 people in our group and the three rooms were perfect for everyone to have their privacy plus space to gather together. Everything was very clean and stocked with Airbnb basics. We enjoyed the back porch, the view of the lake, and watching the wildlife. The pier, kayaks, and canoe are a plus! (Just be aware there are small alligators in the water.) It is definitely a peaceful retreat space that’s close enough to Panama City to enjoy restaurants, etc without having to stay in the chaos. It was a great find!

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.
