Upstairs 1 Italian shower bathroom, toilet and Bedrooms 1 double bed, bunk bed bedroom and a master suite with shower terrace. In the basement, a washing machine and iron. I have a camera on the balcony that overlooks the gate and parking.

Our house located near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for visits from family, friends and Airbnb rentals. We have adapted the hosting arrangements: enhanced cleaning of the premises between each rental, limitation of contacts, etc. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace etc.) are reserved for the sole occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests). The listing has a second entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets etc).

A very good week in the accommodation offered by Monique, as indicated in the description a car is imperative, but it is also the reason why the place is extremely quiet, with a pleasant view and greenery when opening the shutters/on the terrace. The owners are discreet and responsive if needed. Perfect place to go cycling in the hinterland, avoiding departure from Nice for example.

We recommend to anyone wishing to spend a relaxing and peaceful stay with discreet but responsive hosts and above all with a beautiful private pool accompanied by an outdoor kitchen to book their holiday with their eyes closed at home. We were welcomed as family members and felt it throughout our stay and it was with sadness that we left. Where do I begin, the whole place was amazing and we will be back again! It is now my new favourite place to stay. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a train station near by to travel through the towns if you are moving about. The boho decor was to die for I loved everhthing. The host was very responsive to all our questions even the silly ones ha. I HIGHLY recommend to stay, you won’t regret it :)

Waking up with a perfect cappuccino and the sound of the Chappell close by. Watching the spectacular view on Nice and the sea. Falicon is a small mountain village where time stands still. Close by lively Nice but so quiet and peaceful. The Palazzo is breathing his history. You will find the love of the owner for the house in every inch. It is complete in everything. Coffee cups, towels, beach parasols and and even cold refreshments in the fridge. We bring home great family memories. Thanks for that Guilhem.!! Douze points for this stay!!
