Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sagaponack

Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

Ashley’s location was amazing and the entire layout was efficient. The automated blinds and Sonos wireless surround system were amazing highlights of the property. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the amenities were well stocked. Ashley’s house is well stocked to host a private dinner party for guests with the large prep sink and counter areas. The newly renovated kitchen cabinets all had slow closure mechanisms and the dual oven microwave was a nice touch. The dual shower head in the downstairs bathroom was a useful amenity as well.

This was a great find for a long weekend! It was perfect for our dog as the front- and backyards are fenced in. Wonderful kitchen, great pool and close to town which made for a perfect stay. Cindy gives good recommendations on restaurants and activities and is very responsive if you have any questions.

Such a cute little place and Tasha was very responsive. She took care of all our needs as soon as we reached out. Would highly recommend!

Walking distance to just about anything you’re looking to do. Including the train to Montauk which you have to check out for the day. Train was fast and inexpensive. Also, make a reservation at East Hampton Grill, it’s a must! House was perfect except we were with our 3 dogs and would have loved a more “fully” fenced in yard like pictures shown. Fenced yard was more around back by an a/c unit and mechanicals. Also couldn’t hang outside much in the beautiful yard because it wasn’t fenced in for our dogs and the sprinklers went off every afternoon around 3pm for an hour then area was wet most of the evening/night. Visited for 4 nights and felt right at home. Would recommend this place fully on location alone. Beds were comfy and inside the house was extremely clean. Felt super safe.

Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful experience!! The host was quick to respond and the amenities were excellent. There was zero lack! Would definitely return for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Cosmo’s place. It was exactly as described, clean, and clutter-free. We were in The Hamptons for work, so it was great with Wi-Fi and the ability to cook. We also found the location very convenient and easy to find, and we would love to rent Cosmo’s place next time we find ourselves in The Hamptons!

Our stay at the property was truly exceptional!! Rob was highly accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless from check-in to check-out. The hot tub and the fire place were definitely our favorite. Highly recommend!

Nancy's place looked just as great as it does in the pictures. Very up to date, stylish, with all the comforts one needs. And looking out the large windows at the green backyard and fire-pit was spectacular, like it was from a home magazine. (Could not actually use the fire pit as it was rainy and cold to start, and then just chilly but I was too busy too). Nancy was extremely responsive to my questions and requests and even anticipated some I might have had. When I had trouble figuring out the locks when I first arrived she must have heard me struggling and was at my side after a few respectful minutes, much appreciated in the cold rain that day. Felt very comfortable and relaxed in the unit. The outside is very green with grass and forest and flowers; just walking around the neighborhood was therapeutic for me! Nancy also gave great guidance on local restaurants and shopping and it was excellent, just like being local. Thank you very much Nancy, a most relaxing and pleasant stay.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! Everything was clean and wonderful snacks! It made a great oasis to return to each day! Thanks for all of your attention to details! We appreciated Erica’s quick response during our stay! Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Clare's. The place is lovely, well kept, cozy and peaceful. Clare is so friendly, welcoming and kind. She was available for any questions, tips etc. She showed us and our fur baby kindness and a welcoming demeanor, even spending time with our fur baby. He liked her so much! The yard is nice, peaceful and spacious. She had good resources for things to do available in the apartment. It is a walkable distance to town. For the price, pet friendly accommodation, and Clare's friendly demeanor we look forward to coming back again sometime!

We just stayed at this Airbnb for less than 12 hours but it was perfect!! We got in late, but the check in was so easy and seamless. Marina has the whole place stocked with essentials like bath products, snacks, and water bottles.
