Dirk en Annie zijn erg gastvrij en je voelt je vanaf het eerste begin welkom. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en met oog voor detail ingericht. Alles is ruimschoots aanwezig, handdoeken, beddengoed, strandstoelen voldoende servies. Ook zijn ze bekend in de omgeving en geven veel tips. Xabia is op loopafstand, voor het strand is het wel wat ver om te lopen maar met auto 10 minuten. We hebbben het heerlijk gehad en komen zeker terug.

La casa es mejor que en las fotos, es enorme y todo muy bien cuidado, la zona es perfecta y tiene de todo.

Thank you for having us – we’ve had a wonderful stay. One of the reasons we chose your apartment was the way it was presented. It looked new and fresh. Bright, beautiful rooms with stylish details that were consistent throughout. It’s a well-designed and lovely apartment that has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were a good size, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location is fantastic, with everything being so central. Whether you want to go for a swim or dine out, everything is just a short walk away. A pleasant surprise was how peaceful it was, despite being so centrally located. The children loved being able to swim in the pool and then take a short stroll down to the beach. We spent our afternoons on the spacious balcony, which had both sun loungers and dining furniture. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating—meeting us on arrival and quickly answering any questions we had. We’ve had a really lovely stay and would be happy to come bac

Beautiful home, Oscar went out his way to make sure we enjoyed every single hour we stayed there, he sent a full list of local places to eat at and visit. Constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well, a sort of hospitality i’ve never seen before. He went so far to help out with any single matter. I would definitely come back here 100%

From start to finish, our stay at Puri's apartment wad outstanding. Very easy to find with clear instructions on how to enter. Puri was attentive to messages, however was not often needed because the apartment was brilliant and exceeded our expectations. we will definitely be staying again. On hand is a lovely little kitchen with everything that you need, a washing machine and space on the balcony to dry your clothes, it's a home away from home and very comfortable to stay in. Thanks so much, being in your apartment really did enhance our stay. So close to beach, cafes, bars and restaurants and very close to our family who live in calpe. hope to deal with you again.

logement conforme aux photos erik est super sympa et réactif mais nous ne l avons pas rencontré. la terasse est superbe avec une vue incroyable le nécessaire pour cuisiner les lits sont biens La résidence est très bien avec la piscine a cote sans trop de monde nous avons testé le hammam et nous avons été à la piscine du bellavista à des heures où il n'y a personne (15h/17h). c est calme dans la résidence et il faut le respecter ce n est pas une résidence pour fêtard mais plutôt pour famille. plage à 15 minutes à oliva nous recommandons à 100%

la location très bien, calme piscine propre. jolie vue sur village Teulada, supermarché 5mmns à pied. D'autres commodités à 5 mns en voiture(supermarché station service etc...) . Très beau marché le vendredi matin Moreira, 10 mes en voiture. Angel répond de suite nos attentes. personne très gentille. Super séjour. Je le conseille vivement

Chelo jest fantastyczna, pomocna, bardzo dbała o moją wygodę i zadowolenie. Mój miesięczny pobyt był bardzo udany. Duża prywatność, cisza, łatwo zaparkować a jednocześnie blisko centrum, krótki spacer do plaży, sklepów. Bardzo wygodne łóżko z pachnącą pościelą, wygodna kanapa na zewnątrz. Andres, osobiście wręczył mi klucze, zawiózł do Aldiego na zakupy, wniósł walizkę. To było fantastyczne przyjęcie bo byłam bardzo zmęczona. Chętnie tu wrócę i polecę znajomym.

Great place for extraordinary stay, very peaceful small town, nice small roads, suitable for pedestrian walks, outside you can find bars and place in the center. Very recommended

Petra est une personne réactive, discrète et d’une gentillesse ☺️. L’appartement était idéal, propre et à 5 mn de la plage et restos. Nous avons passé des moments paisibles au bord de la piscine qui est super 👍. Je recommande à 100% Petra.

We loved how beautifully decorated the flat was, and the fact that everything you needed was there. The small complex is very well looked after and ideal for a break in the sun. So much to explore nearby. We have already booked to go back!

Muy buena comunicación y todo correcto

We zaten in een heerlijk appartement vlakbij het strand en de jachthaven. Hebben een superfijn verblijf gehad. Fijn dat het appartement een balkon heeft (met prachtig uitzicht op de berg) en een fijn zwembad beneden. Luis is erg vriendelijk, fijne gastheer. Wij komen zeker terug!
