The room is small and the inside is rough.There are only two twin rooms in building C and the rest are queen rooms.Because the back of the house is the kitchen and dining room, there are diners who are noisy late at night, so we can't rest properly.The boss doesn't have a good solution.The whole house is in a quiet area, surrounded by small villas with a yard, flowers full of gardens, good.And Chinese mahjong table.Boss is from Fujian.20 minutes from Dragon Gate Inn.

Great large villa, we stayed in 8 couples, and there were just 5 rooms with private bathrooms.The house is clean and clean, the light is good, and it is ventilated during the day. Appliances, hot water, etc. were very normal to use without any other problem. The location was just right!It is very close to the airport, a 15-minute taxi that lands in the early hours of the morning, and it is also 20-30 minutes to the pier or downtown, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is very welcoming and responsive. The recommended snack street people don't have to queue, and it's delicious!!😋 I had a great stay and great value for money. I will choose to stay with my family next time, and I will also recommend it to friends. There were no complaints,

The view is absolutely stunning — you can clearly see Mount Kinabalu, which is breathtaking! However, there are a few downsides. The towels had an unpleasant smell and could be changed more frequently. Also, after entering the property, there's a long flight of stairs to climb, which makes carrying luggage very inconvenient. It could be challenging for elderly guests or those with heavy bags.

It's a new place. It was absolutely beautiful, and with a platform where you can get a superb view of Kinabalu, and the best view of the stars at night! (it was magical). The room was very comfortable, having a front door to nature is just extra special.... and if you can bring along some BBQ items, they have ample BBQ spots with sinks and sitting area.

The host is very welcoming, there is breakfast, but it rained a lot in August, the house is humid and the quilt is damp.The homestay has a place to cook, so that we can cook, 5 pieces of orchids and two large orchids, 6 small arms of leather shrimp, 30 rats, flower dragon, large fist shrimp, fast and egg-sized snow clams, everything, go to the seafood market by the pier to bargain price, cut the price according to the neck, the price is discounted.

Check in was easy, right in town, within 10 minutes walk to the seafood market, full kitchen facilities, no problem for us to stay for fourteen people, had problems resolved in a timely manner, there was a security guard at night, the airport was ready for us at 6 in the morning, all great.

Spacious villa and love the back garden patio for gathering and feasting. Pool found to be chlorine-safe for children to swim whole day without worrying red eye irritation and effects on clothes. Overall..a very comfy place to stay

They are a truly lovely couple—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Their local tips and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in Kudat, and we would recommend Poseidon House to anyone looking for a serene, unforgettable getaway. Warning - the ocean views will be hard to leave!!

Very nice, spacious villa at a secluded beach with the most gorgeous view. Cliff was super welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious too.
