房东会中文，沟通非常顺畅。服务非要热情周到。特别是房东的朋友也非常热心，驱车二个多小时帮我们找回遗失在出租车上的萍果手机，使我们非常感动。在异国他乡也感到无比温暖。再次谢谢房东敬灿和他朋友小钦。

房间偏小，里边很简陋。C栋只有两间双床房，其余为大床房。因为房子后边是厨房兼餐厅，有食客深夜吵闹，让我们无法正常休息。老板没有好的解决方案。整个房子在安静区域，周边都是带院的小别墅，鲜花满庭，很好。还有中国式麻将桌。老板是福建人。地段离龙门客栈有20分钟路程。

很好的大别墅，我们8对情侣入住，刚好有5个房间并且都带了独立的卫生间。房子很干净很干净，采光也很好，白天通风透亮的。 电器，热水等使用起来都很正常没有别的问题。 地理位置很合适！离机场很近，凌晨落地的打车15分钟就到，去码头或者市区打车也是20-30分钟，周边很安静。 房东很热情回复也很及时，推荐的小吃街人少不用排队，且很好吃！！😋 住的很开心 ，性价比极高，下次跟家人出行的话还会选择入住，也会推荐给朋友们。 一切都很满意，

The view is absolutely stunning — you can clearly see Mount Kinabalu, which is breathtaking! However, there are a few downsides. The towels had an unpleasant smell and could be changed more frequently. Also, after entering the property, there's a long flight of stairs to climb, which makes carrying luggage very inconvenient. It could be challenging for elderly guests or those with heavy bags.

Alphard上住宿刮车底，其它没什么大问题。大致上都很好呢～ 住这里天气非常冷，记得保暖。

It's a new place. It was absolutely beautiful, and with a platform where you can get a superb view of Kinabalu, and the best view of the stars at night! (it was magical). The room was very comfortable, having a front door to nature is just extra special.... and if you can bring along some BBQ items, they have ample BBQ spots with sinks and sitting area.

老板很热情，有早饭，只是8月有些多雨，屋里湿度大，被子潮潮的。民宿带做饭的地方，让我们能大展厨艺，5块一只两个拳头大的兰花蟹，6块一只小手臂大的皮皮虾，30块一条的老鼠斑，花龙，拳头大的对虾，快和鸡蛋大小的雪蛤，啥都有，自己去码头边的海鲜市场讨价还价，照着脚脖子砍，开价的一折砍。

入住很方便，就在镇上，到海鲜市场走路10分钟之内，厨房设施齐全，我们一行十四人住下没问题，遇到问题及时解决，晚上有保安值守，早上六点到机场都给我们准备好了，总之很棒。

太太太棒了！在这里度过了在亚庇最开心的两晚（后悔订少了 也是唯一一个吸引我想再去亚庇的理由）首先房源如图片一样明亮干净，游泳池看起来也很干净，走几步路就是海滩和美丽的大海，两天晚上都看到了各有各的美的落日！（比香格里拉的还好看😅）其次，房东Nathan真的是个非常阳光积极且负责友好的人，入住的时候耐心带我们参观介绍，人超好！第二天居然还送了两个好吃又好看的蛋糕给我们🥹该你赚钱啊Nathan！推荐每一个人数多想体验别墅的旅客选择这里！（但要注意吃饭和出去玩可能真的没那么方便哈，可以考虑自己做或者点外卖，但是我们在那里的时候根本就不想跑多远，家门口的风景都看不够拍不够）

总体评价：完美的度假小屋，完美的房东先生，非常用心的经营，让我对民宿有了一个跟高的认识，非常推荐。 1.最赞的就是房东黄先生，非常热情真诚，为我们安排了一切想要的和额外的惊喜。按照我们家庭需要安排接机，行车，餐食，海钓，游玩，购物，热情周到合理适度，出现在你需要的每一个点又不会打扰你分毫。 2.房屋非常干净舒适，完美的泳池，270°的蓝海，有沙滩礁石，最美日落和习习凉风，院子里种满花草，各种细节都布置的到位。24小时洗澡水温暖有力。 3.位置便利，外卖打车都非常方便。距离机场十分钟，距离丹绒亚路海滩十分钟，距离美味榴莲摊十分钟，距离sasa海鲜也都非常近。 4.房东黄先生经履历丰富，幽默热情，为我们一家做了太多，非常感恩，孩子们和父母都非常喜欢这位伯伯。不仅亲自接送我们飞机，全天陪同，多次带我们去吃美食，多次帮助我们点菜，甚至做到了完全不浪费，还指导孩子们弹钢琴。年初一临行还为我们做了美味的早餐，给孩子们送了冰淇淋。最后一日退房以后还陪同我的家人到下午送机。 总之是大大超出我的想象，非常推荐全家入住亚庇的这家love blue ocean station。

非常满意的一次住宿，豪华舒服干净。有机会下次还要再光临。

Our stay at Poseidon House was an absolute gift! The home is not only beautifully designed, with attention to every detail, but also perfectly located, offering private access to a secluded beach that feels like your own little paradise. The property is impeccably maintained, making it a true haven for relaxation. What made our experience even more special were the hosts, Fran and Ray. They are a truly lovely couple—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Their local tips and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in Kudat, and we would recommend Poseidon House to anyone looking for a serene, unforgettable getaway. Warning - the ocean views will be hard to leave!!

Tolle Unterkunft, in der man super entspannen kann. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut! Wie hatten den Strand fast für uns allein und die Gartenanlage mit Pool auch! Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Our family had a great time staying at this place. The view is great and place is perfect for a family gathering. Would definitely comeback here in the future. The host also very friendly, helpful and informative. Great stay overall.

Vše bylo dokonalé a přesně tak, jak bylo popsáno. Apartmán má skvělý výhled a vybaveni, moc děkujeme a snad ještě vrátíme.

Nathan was a wonderful host. He was thoughtful, generous and always available even at short notice. The property was outstanding amazing beach views fantastic interior decoration with everything you could need for your holiday. We would love to come again.

Cozy place to stay with beautiful beach scenery infront of the villa. Host is helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time, and recommend family / friends the same.
