The host family is very nice and will provide a very rich and delicious breakfast ~ I love the milk tea The room have a such space The location is quite good, there is a convenience store nearby, KFC, you can walk to Tanjung Aru Beach, take a taxi to Jalan Jaya for more than 10 minutes

The location is very good. It is worthy of being called a strategic point of Kota Kinabalu. There is a convenience store right next to the accommodation, and there are many restaurants. There are two banks that can withdraw money in a few steps. You don't have to worry about what to do at night. If you walk twenty steps, BED and 999, the two clubs of Kota Kinabalu, await you. It's so nice that the name of the accommodation is right on the map. Tanjung Aru Beach and the surrounding tourist attractions are so close that it's worth the five stars! ^ ^

Very huge place with many rooms with great beds. Great wifi and complete amenities. Some bedrooms even have private toilets. Alex was very helpful in explaining the entire check in and living in procedures. Great place to stay.

The place felt really cozy- place is clean, bed was huge, hot water was always available. And! You get to wake up to a busy eatery downstairs where you can have fresh toast and neslo.

We had a comfortable stay in one of the containers and were lucky that they gave us a room upgrade for our last 2 nights. We didn’t get to meet Ekoos but the on-site personnel was really friendly. The rooms are basic and reasonably clean (small insects and geckos have figured out how to penetrate the rooms). The location is excellent, just a 2min walk to one of the best beaches at the Tip of Borneo. Visiting by car is definitely recommended, as there is no public transport. For food and SUP rent you can go to Tommy’s Place (10min walk). The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, they provide milk and cereals which you can grab from the fridge. No bowls available so we were eating our brekky out of a pan. There is an outside kitchen where you can cook, definitely recommend taking some groceries for your stay here. The kitchen is reasonably clean but there is a lot of clutter. We often went to secret beach bar, amazing people who clean the most beautiful beach at TOB and best snorkling.

Good Place and Affordable

We had a great week here. Peaceful, quiet. The beds are comfortable and large. Homestay is located in a small village, among rice fields. There are a few small shops and restaurants nearby. If you want to do more shopping, you can drive to nearby Kota Belud. From the grounds of the hotel you can see the beautiful Kinabalu Mountain. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and, if needed, windmills. The host is very helpful, providing support whenever needed. He's also really nice to talk about things. We recommend this place to everyone.

Great place for sunrises & morning walk! Nice cafe with good foods 🫶🏻 Got dining table & kitchen for night snacks in the room balcony. But we got scared of the dog hahah. Overall is a good place for heal inside & outside.

Its really good place to gathering and staying. My kids really love it this place, they love the swmming pool. 🥰 Tricia so friendly and very nice. Definitely will stay agaian ❤️❤️❤️

amazing place. especially great for family activities. The host is super accomodating and friendly. My family and I had a great time there. We went biking and fishing and just have an excellent family bonding time. ❤️
