Holiday rentals with beach access in Sabah

Amazing morning view, sunset, and close enough to Jayston pier.

We stayed for the DragonBoat race at Likas. House was nice. Big space, can fit up 7 person (if 1 of them sleep on the couch). Washing machine & dryer was a huge bonus for us! Distance from Taman Awam Likas is walkable (1.2km) but need to be alert when crossing the road. Less eatery but they have a market/convenience store located at Ground Floor. Not far from the city (easily access by grab/taxi). Overall, it was a great stay for us! Will repeat in future!

The location of the place very good. Especially if you are looking to go island hopping activities as it is near to the jesselton jetty.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Fran was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the amenities provided made me feel right at home. Fran even personally welcomed us with her baked cinnamon and banana cake which were delicious and superb! We really enjoyed the nice beach view and most important the fellowship with among ourselves as well as with Fran and her husband Ray. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay and would love to come back again!

location is good near to airport and few minutes to arrive to town. spacious kids can run freely but of course with supervision.

Beautiful little home by the beach. So peaceful and serene. Walking distance to the tip of Borneo along the empty soft sandy beach. Wish we could have stay here longer. Has everything you need albeit very basic.

Owner very friendly and very particular to stress out muslim concept. Feel at home with all complete kitchen stuff ready to use. Allow extended check out even another guest will get in. No fussy checkin such as collecting deposit or whatever. Convenient staycation.

It is a hidden getaway gem. Great for family with a little something for everyone.

1 ⁕️ Exterior: The living environment is exactly the same as the pictures, it is thoughtfully furnished, with a small house in style, and it's a relaxing look. 2 ⁕️ Housing: The bedding is very comfortable and the linens and other supplies are clean, and you can sleep very well. 3 ⁕️ exchange: The communication with Brittany was very smooth, she was like a friend who took care of our needs and helped us in a timely manner and was really a very nice host. 4 ⁕️ Location: JQ Tower is located just a 5-minute walk from the pier, which is very convenient. 5 ⁕️ Around: There are supermarkets and close to shopping malls and Gaya Street, which is suitable for travelers who like walking cities.

Thanks to a very active host, I was able to play comfortably with my children. I had to throw it away because the carrier was broken, but I was touched because Kokkak was okay. I had a good time.

Spotlessly clean and well-equipped

Amenities all quite complete. Love all the extra pillows, Netflix access, and the space being nice and accessible. Close to the airport and a responsive host is always an extra for me. Thank you!

My son and I stayed in this room for two weeks. The room was as clean as the pictures show, and the bathroom was new and easy to use. Because it is a new condo, the surrounding rooms were under construction, but the host, Penny, gave us information in advance and was a very kind host. During our stay, we were unable to use the pool due to events and cleaning, so my son said he would like to come here again and use the pool this time.
