Holiday rentals with a patio in Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer

Dear Theresia, thank you for this great stay we had in your apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and my three boys were so happy that they were allowed to romp on your property, could be noisy, thanks to the location and were just allowed to be children. It was a highlight when we came home after a day of skiing and then we turned on the beautiful oven, which quickly warmed us all through. The apartment was just to feel good, just like in the pictures and even more beautiful in real life. The kitchen was super equipped, you had everything you needed. Everything was very clean !!! Your hospitality and helpfulness was really warming , you won't find anything like that often today. I can definitely recommend your place and we will definitely be back again. Thanks a lot !

Lovely location, friendly and helpful host

We were five people who had a great stay over three nights in early March. A great place to stay for a fairly low price. We had a rental car which made it easy to travel to the ski resorts at Zell am See or Saalbach. Recommended.

We stayed a week in this very nice apartment and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The welcome and hospitality of Katharina's parents is very welcoming. Katharina was very eager and always kept us up to date. We really lacked nothing.

We were at Alexandra's place for an extended weekend. Apartment is corresponding to the description. Everything was neat. Communication with Alexandra without problems. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Indicate where to dispose of the glass.

Beautiful quiet location! Stunning mountain views out large windows in living area. Balcony is very relaxing.

Great place with insanely good amenities

We felt more than comfortable with Kristina, so comfortable that we almost wanted to move in ourselves. 😅 The furnishing style modern mixed with old elements of the house totally picked us up. Kristina gave us great tips for the area, so we actually needed even more time. An extra highlight was the forest sauna🌲 We were asked so often which accommodation we are in🤭 We will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place was perfect for enjoying the warm weather and was also well-equipped to keep things cozy when it got chilly. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient—close to a variety of attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

I had a wonderful stay at the penthouse in Obertraun/Hallstatt. Everything was just as pictured—if not even better. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. Andrea was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay in Stephan’s place. He was warm and welcoming and very flexible about us leaving our luggage early. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and worked well for a family of 5 adults. The bus into Salzburg was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this spot!

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. We had a comfortable stay for four people at Theresa's place. The location was perfect to visit halstatt and salzburg

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!

Marc’s place truly felt like a home away from home , calm, private, and super spacious with heaps of storage. We stayed for almost a week and had everything we needed. The full kitchen and washing machine were such a bonus! Marc has thought of everything , we didn’t even need to reach out during our stay because it was all so well set up and convenient. Would absolutely love to come back one day!
