Great stay. Work meeting but for me I would go back, super location

Beautiful apartment in a great location. And Nacho took the time to meet us when we arrived, show us around the apartment and give us a some tips for Seville. And I was very happy that he provided coffee!

The apartment is beautiful, it is very well located and there are many possibilities to eat nearby. The flat is in perfect condition and they have everything that is needed. There is no noise and you sleep great. Nacho is a very kind person who facilitates everything and helps you with all doubts. I can say that my best Airbnb experience. Thank you

It's the excellent place to stay. I highly recommend this place. If I make another trip to Seville in the future, I definitely will choose this place to stay once again. Even the days before the trip start, Nacho gave us a lot of useful information for the trip in Sevilla. And the day we arrived, he warmly welcomed our family and informed very well about the place we stay and about the place to visit. All of our family got impressed by his hospitality!

Nacho’s place met all expectations. It is clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. It is located near everything yet is very quiet and great for getting a good night’s sleep. We felt very secure there. The apartment doesn’t get a lot of direct natural light, but is still bright and airy thanks to great indoor lighting and the open loft design. The kitchen doesn’t have an oven, but is otherwise very well equipped with stove top, microwave, small fridge, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware etc. Nacho is a very professional, friendly and attentive host. He made sure we had everything we needed, reserved Flamenco tickets for us, booked our taxi, and more. He is definitely a super host. And his place is as nice as advertised.

Juan Carlos was an excellent host and provided detailed instructions which made check-in very easy. The house is even better than in the pictures. It has a fantastic roof terrace, a comfortable bed, and the interior design suits the old house perfectly. The location is unbeatable if you want to explore everything that Seville has to offer.

We loved this place for it's old school charm and decor. The bed hangs in such a cool way. Full of character and the courtyard is beautiful. The sink is a bit awkward and we had to stand on stools to see the mirror but this is due to the old school style of the sink. The kitchen is pretty limited so we didn't use it. Juan Carlos gives you all the instructions way ahead of time. He is very organized. The location is absolutely perfect. A corner door, easy to find, and a few minute walk from the cathedral. A few notes. It would be nice to have some lights in the terrace so we can sit out there at night. Also be careful leaving your blinds open as we woke up in the morning to other guests on the terrace with clear views into the bedroom.

The accommodation is as you see in the images, the kindness and flexibility of Manuel was great. It should be noted that there was something that surprised us and at the same time we were quite pleased and it was the welcome details such as refreshments and a map with recommendations (restaurants, leisure, monuments) We would repeat again.

This is an excellent apartment, with very nice energy. Really well designed with the most beautiful old floor tiles that feel so nice under foot. The courtyard garden is lovely and completely secure, so you can leave the door open for fresh air. Bed is comfortable, shower great, the space for relaxing after a big day exploring is great too. November nights were cool in Sevilla but we were very comfortable and warm. The neighborhood is fantastic, so busy and vibrant but the apartment is quiet. Concha’s local tips were wonderful and very much appreciated. Excellent value for €. ¡Muchas gracias!

Central and perfect accommodation to explore all the places of interest. The only downside is that it is located just above a bar and there is usually some noise. And the wifi does not work very well.

We spent 3 nights in Sevilla at Joaquin place. It has been the perfect accommodation we were looking for. Perfect position in the center, to walk around all the city. It was way above my expectations. Joaquín & Natalia’s friend (sorry, I forgot his name!) was super patient and gave us an introduction to the apartment and also Sevilla in general. The apartment was very clean and cosy with a mini balcony. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, we could literally walk to most places. A few mins walk to T1 tram heading towards Plaza Espana. Beside the apartment, there’s a bar called El Pica that opens really early. We headed there for coffee and toast, it was good! For future guests, no worries about this place! In my opinion, I think it’s a super good apartment.

Came to Joaquín’s place for a little city break in Seville. This flat is perfect! Very clean, good kitchen and bathroom facilities and SUCH a central location. My whole stay I did not have to bus anywhere as you can easily access everything you could possibly need by foot. The flat is above a busy shopping street, however I never found the outside noise invasive at all. Nearby there’s a little supermarket, high street shops and plenty of restaurants. There’s also a lot of useful tourist info in the flat, great values for money! Would definitely recommend a stay here, and would love to be back.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It’s located at the edge of town - convenient if you come by car and need a free parking spot like us. The city centre is a bit far on foot but very well doable. The apartment is charming and has all the charm that Seville has to offer. Recommended.

The space is nice and cozy, as seen in the notice, although small has everything you need for a few days knowing the city. Arturo is an excellent host, he kept our bags because the flight was at night and thanks to this we were able to take advantage of our last day too. Very well located, we were able to know the center and the monumental area, all on foot. Very easy transport to and from the airport.

The accommodation is very well located, clean and comfortable. Although it doesn't have a kitchen, it does have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker that comes in handy. Also, Arturo and Ana leave you coffee, muffins and a couple of other things, which I thought was a great detail.

Very well located just at the entrance to the old town, clean and spacious, a bit dark because only one window on the ground floor on the street but it is not annoying if you spend little time there. Having arrived early, Arturo allowed us to drop off our luggage before entering the premises. We would definitely recommend!

The apartment is excellent, very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It is located just outside the historic area, in front of one of the gates of the walled city. It is necessary to walk a little (about 10 to 15 minutes) to reach the peak of the central area, but the region is very safe and quiet, even at night. The Hércules mall, with many interesting bars, is very close. Our hosts were also very kind, responded quickly and offered teas, muffins and other little treats that we love. Lovely experience.

It is just as described - everything works well and Jose Manuel is very helpful if you need help. We stayed for a month and hope to go back.

Hands down, one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed in. José Manuel met us earlier than I anticipated (my fault) and he wasn’t done cleaning but he let us drop off our luggage while he finished. He was super friendly and very informative. His space was rather artsy and it was wonderful to see that most of the art was done by him. So essentially you are staying in an artist’s loft! There are two beds, one on the bottom and a cute one on top, there are stairs to take you to the second bed. My husband and I chose the second bed because it felt more secluded and it was really comfortable. José Manuel also left us two set of keys, milk, orange juice, two big waters and some staples if we decided to cook. He also provided bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap) which was lovely. Loft is walking distance to a lot of places so we did not take any public transportation. He also left a handful of brochures on the table for tourist attractions. We left a couple of flamenco brochures to contribute for future travelers. Overall, wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again when I am in Sevilla.

Jose’s place is awesome. All pictures are true and accurate. Jose was an awesome host and very accommodating. Our flights changed multiple times and Jose was still able to meet us and show us around. With grocery stores and bars literally on the street and all the shops and sites a 10 minute walk away you truly get the taste of Sevilla. The place was really artistic, clean and so comfortable and all the appliances were easy to use. I’ll be upset if I can’t get this place on my next trip to Sevilla.

We have been in José's apartment for a month and it has been excellent. It is as seen in the photos, very comfortable and close to everything especially the supermarket that is one minute away. The decoration is exquisite, the paintings are the work of José. José's attention, from 1 to 10, I give him a 100. He was always in communication and pending to us. I definitely recommend it.

Apartment is well located in a quieter part of old town, and it has everything you need within very short distance. We were very impressed with the interior artistic design of the apartment. Jose is a fantastic host, with excellent communication via whatsapp which made our check in super easy. He let us put our luggages in the apartment after check out so that we could do some last min shopping before catching a flight in the afternoon. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Seville!

The host meet up with you to show you how to check in and what to do at checkout. Helped us by providing a map and recommending the places he like also. Everything was exquisite;room and the town. I guaranty that anyone that books this place will never regret the stay. Host went way beyond that expexted. Will stay again went coming back to spain.

This is a great location! Ana Maria gives lots of recommendations and helps you get adjust to the city, as well as give you directions to the airport or the train station.

Great place in the city center, few minutes to walk to Cathedral, Real Alcazar, or Las Setas on the other side. Nice room, very confortable bed. We arrived earlier than check-in time, Ana Maria accepted to check-in 30 minutes earlier. We had access to the roof too, you can make some nice pictures from there. Common bathroom but we had no issue, since price was very-very good. I highly recommend this place!

Monserrat's stay was wonderful. He gave us directions. It is ideal to go by car ... you park there and from there there is a bus that leaves you right in the center at all ckaves points. Monserrat gave us a map, directions, towels, everything as it offers and more. I would go back and recommend!

Montse's hospitality is unique. The ideal room to be on the weekend, either alone or as a couple. The bed very comfortable and its food is delicious. Everything was excellent.

The place was very charming and beautiful as it used to be a palace. The location is unbeatable, it’s in the middle of everything. The cathedral is just around the corner and lot of restaurants few steps away. We texted the host 30 minutes before we arrived and David was waiting for us at the gate when we arrived. He helped us with the luggages, showed the apartment, gave all instructions and then led us to the nearby paid parking with his mob. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. The only downside would be the bathtub’s partition which did not have the rubber underneath so when we took a shower, water leaked out and flood the floor. I would strongly recommend this place to people who plan to visit Seville, it’s super convenient and worth for money.

We checked in with Loli who attended us in an excellent way and allowed us to leave our bags until it was finished cleaning. The department is as shown in the photos. Very comfortable. It has everything that is needed, very complete. The only thing that is against it in winter is that it is quite cold and although it has heaters and air with heat we did not get to heat it. Anyway we had a very good experience.

Blanca's apartment has met our expectations. It is spacious and comfortable for two people. You can reach the center by taking a half-hour walk or by taking the bus in general. Upon our arrival there was another person who was not Blanca, who showed up at the agreed time and gave us a series of basic indications about the apartment and the surrounding services. In conclusion, I recommend Blanca's apartment to everyone who wants to spend a few days in Seville.

Excellent place to stay whilst in Seville. The house is located in a quiet street, but in a good neighbourhood, and a short walk from the city centre. The house is modern and clean, and everything is organised well. You are able to use the kitchen facilities and they are all modern as well. Great communication and organisation from Miguelon from before you stay and also during, ensuring everything was going great. Highly recommend.

Location Good Pusong quilt Good but the room was a little small Carrier defending the makeup and a little uncomfortable, but unlike the other Spanish accommodations in the house itself was very cozy and good ㅎㅎ It was not cold at all! The host is kind too.

Great location and very cool room! Felt like we were in game of thrones! Was slightly inconvenient having to leave the room to go into the public space to access the bathroom but not an issue. There is no where to leave your bags and check out is at 10 but you can pay to leave them at Bellhop which is 5 mins away. All in all, a great experience and would recommend.

The space was stylish and true to the description. It’s very comfortable for 2 adults. The kitchen and bathroom had the basics we needed. The host was prompt with communication and responded well to requests. The check in was smooth. The bed was a bit small for us. But that’s a personal preference.

I was in Seville for 3 months, staying in this apartment. I was afraid it was noisy or too small, but I was surprised by the positive! Despite being on the ground floor and very central, there is almost no noise at night. And a very quiet street. There is a supermarket right in front of me, which made my life a lot easier and there is no turnout that causes confusion on the street. The space is spacious, well organized and very easy to keep clean, which were all features that I liked. Offers plenty of towels and extra sheets. The host was always very helpful, even got me a hairdryer and a magic wand that I had asked for before going without any extra cost. Their responses were always quick. I really enjoyed the experience and would make the exact same reservation again!

We had a great stay at Antonio’s place, it has everything you need, it was very clean and in the city center, we didn’t use the transport at all! :) Just at the corner you have a very nice bakery and a supermarket. I recommend!

The apartment is in a perfect position, less than 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and Santa Cruz quartier. Everything is reachable by feet, me and my friend never took public transports. The apartment is clean and perfect for 2 people. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time in Seville in this very well located flat (walking distance to all main places to visit). It is well equipped and nicely decorated. It was very easy to communicate with Marta, she was very reactive and helpful. We really appreciated small attentions (local d'adresses, map, fresh water in the fridge, coffee...). In case you need the parking, it is better to have a small car as indicated... It is quite challenging the first time (in particular if it is not your car) but doable and very convenaient. We highly recommend this place !

Apartment conforms to photos and description. Clean, in a quiet area and 15 minutes walk from the main monulents. Grocery store nearby and Alfalfa area 5 minutes away. Very practical underground parking. It feels like home. Necessary for the kitchen (coffee tea, sugar, ...) and the toilet (shower gel shampoo, ...) provided, which is very significant. We didn't meet Marta and Jose but they heard from us during our stay and emailed us recommendations for dining. Very warm welcome from Manuel Thanks for the reservation for flamenco, we really liked it. We highly recommend.

Marta's apartment is very well located, in a quiet area but close to the main attractions. Manuel was very kind to receive us giving directions and advice and it is a very comfortable apartment for four people The only thing to note is that the wifi did not work too well

What a great time we had. Anything we needed was a message away. They had everything we needed. List of places to go, food, cocktail, shows. If ever I'm back in Sevilla, I'm definitely booking this spot. P.s. make sure you have a small car for parking. We had a fiat 500x and almost had a hard time getting in. Just make sure you have someone guiding you. And leave it park. Everything is close by. Thank you again!!

Very nice loft, very clean, 10/15 minutes walk from the center of Seville. Alberto is a charming host, very welcoming. Through the advice he gives us for visits and restaurants, he shows his love for Seville. We had a great time ! Sure, we'll come back to it ☺

+ Carmen is a great host and the apartments are beautiful. The roof has a nice view. + The location is great, Alameda with lots of restaurants and bars is 5 minutes away. 15 minutes by foot to city center. - You hear the neighbours a lot. - Kitchen is pretty small, if you want to cook a lot. Overall really nice!

We booked last minute but there was no problem, Flora welcomed us with open arms, flexible for arrival and departure time. The apartment is very well located and cozy, we felt at home. If we return to Seville we will not hesitate to repeat.

It’s a very nice apartment which is actually bigger than it’s showed in the picture. I like the simple and bright inner decoration. Location is also ideal, the walking distance is within 15 minutes to all famous sights. There are local restaurants and supermarkets around. And the hygiene is a plus, I’d recommend this apartment to travelers no more than 2 people.

Cozy apartment, very well located and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant visit. When we arrived it was spotless and Pedro worried about recommending places to visit and places to eat. You can park very close to the apartment and the whole center of tourist interest is close by walking. 100% recommendable.

Although not completely central, Seville wasn't so big that you could walk around the cathedral or the Spanish Steps. Two rooms were comfortable, too and were clean than we thought. I had everything I needed, so I could come to life naked and the facilities were good. But after checking out, we do not take care of the carrier. I sent the address of the paid carrier, but it was raining, and I was uncomfortable to carry the carrier on the stone. I was embarrassed because it was unexpected. The host response was quick and friendly. If you have a schedule after check out, you should refer to it when you make a reservation. If not, I recommend the hotel ~

Clean and like everything you see in the picture It was hard at first to open the front door, but I got used to it. I didn't know well because I arrived late at night. And the windows are small but there are many windows The location is great because you can walk to the Spanish Steps, the Cathedral and the Alcazar Palace. When I checked in, I was very kind and explained in detail so I went to the tapas restaurant ~~~

The apartment was really clean and close to the centre. The guy that checked us in really helped us by telling us where all the good restaurants are, tourist attractions etc... We would recommend this place to anyone!

The most satisfying place to stay in Spain. First of all, the host is very good at communicating. You can also communicate with WhatsUp, Airbnb, and even KakaoTalk. Secondly, each room has a private bathroom and toilet. I was very satisfied with the fact that there are only a few bathrooms and toilets in this room. Light snacks and drinks were purchased at Lidl, 3 minutes away from the property. However, the location of the accommodation is far from the main tourist attractions. (It's not a walk.) Instead, Santahusta station is a 10-minute walk away for Renffe.

The place is amazing! Super well located, clean, beautiful, you have privacy, you have everything you need for the kitchen and Pablo was always very attentive to what we needed. Highly recommended!

It is always a success to stay at Pablo's house. I feel really comfortable and it's like I'm in my own house. The room has a very comfortable bed and having a private bathroom is a luxury. I have to highlight the cleanliness of the entire apartment, and how well I have rested. Pablo has been very attentive and has sent me recommendations to make my stay wonderful. I stayed for a while but it was so good and it was a place where I could communicate with many people. Next time I want to stay longer. Please note that the keybox is on the side of the window before entering.

This place was amazing! Great space, clean, and incredible balcony. Host was very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was the size of the apartment. It wasn’t clear how small it would be, and our suitcases definitely got in the way. It in no way negatively impacted our trip, but something to consider. Overall great place, highly recommended to anyone needing a place to stay in Seville :)

The house is small but is very nice and comfortable! In the house you can find everything you can need. The flat is very close to the city centre so you can just walk to reach the main monuments. We have not meet Alex Y Rafa but we have kept in contact for all our holiday and they are very nice people. We would choose this house again!
